That aside, the experience with Home Depot in this situation could not have been better. My item was in stock, & the woman who sold it to me was professional & pleasant. I regret not remembering her name. She looked African- American, but her last name was Hispanic. Home Depot offered to install & deliver in the following two days. When I explained that I needed a weekend delivery due to my job, they set me up on the NEXT Saturday. They called when they said they would. They showed up to install when they said they would. The installers were quick & clean, & they made sure that the unit worked before they left. They waited to make sure I was satisfied before leaving. This is in stark contrast to my experience with the local Lowe's. J cut up my Lowe's card & opened an account with Home Depot. I hope our future interactions are as pleasant.
