We just recently were in a pickle with getting a permit approved for some work our company contracted in Simi Valley. I have also had the pleasure of meeting many of his clients on the projects we provide his miscellaneous metals on, and it's always like his clients are friends. This has always amazed me as it speaks volumes to the culture he harbors. These 5 star reviews have to be from friends and family. 1. I couldn't get the staff to answer emails in a timely manner. 2. The engineer made changes that I never agreed to. 3. The engineer could not understand simple concepts. He would ask me a question. I would answer it then here we are 6 weeks later going over the same questions. 4. The engineer made a request. I honored the request. I reference the request in an email and he tells me he never made the request. I attach his emails with the request! He then sticks to he didn't make the request. I have at least 15 total complaints but I will stop here. This was by far the worst engineer I have ever done business with. Its hard to believe businesses like this are still operational.
