We just recently were in a pickle with getting a permit approved for some work our company contracted in Simi Valley. We were a bit in over our head due to not knowing what we didn't know and after an 8 month process of back and forth with the city Michael sailed the ship in with in 3.5 weeks' time. I have also had the pleasure of meeting many of his clients on the projects we provide his miscellaneous metals on, and it's always like his clients are friends. This has always amazed me as it speaks volumes to the culture he harbors. They allow us to charge a respectful wage on our projects we work on with him, but they always demand the quality expected to match there standard - since we pride ourselves on quality this has made for a great relationship through the years.

All 1 and 5 star reviews should have been all the red flags I needed. This is by far the worst…read moreengineering company I have ever worked with. These 5 star reviews have to be from friends and family. 1. I couldn't get the staff to answer emails in a timely manner. 2. The engineer made changes that I never agreed to. 3. The engineer could not understand simple concepts. He would ask me a question. I would answer it then here we are 6 weeks later going over the same questions. 4. The engineer made a request. I honored the request. I reference the request in an email and he tells me he never made the request. I attach his emails with the request! He then sticks to he didn't make the request. I have at least 15 total complaints but I will stop here. This was by far the worst engineer I have ever done business with. Its hard to believe businesses like this are still operational.
