Tony is super helpful and really came through when I need my flat repaired. I would highly recommend this business.

A little while after I dropped it off, the service writer called me saying my drive belt had chunks missing every fourth tooth and that I also had a small oil leak from an oil pan bolt. He quoted me around $1,500 (discounted from the "usual" $1,700) to replace the belt right then since the rear tire was already off. That felt like a pretty big expense on the spot, so I told them to leave it and I'd deal with it later. I then had my personal mechanic look at the belt during another planned service. He went tooth-by-tooth all the way around and found absolutely no damage -- no missing chunks, no wear like the dealership described, nothing even close. It really looked like they were trying to upsell me on a major repair I didn't need. I called today and spoke with a manager to let them know what happened. To their credit, he said this is not the type of service they want their shop to be known for and that he would address it. I hope they follow through and prevent other riders from being put in this situation. Overall, I'm disappointed with the experience. If you go here, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any big repairs
