I was helped by Mike. Thankfully he assisted me in getting fit for a Mobius X8 knee brace. Without him, I probably would have purchased the wrong size. I saved quite a bit of money over any other shop including the huge one 15 minutes closer to me. All in all, it was worth the xtra drive. Looking forward to my next visit there. She confirmed that the tire was in stock and installation could be provided. She informed him that it could be done after 2pm, due to being short staffed. On May 2 we arrived to the store to purchase the tire and have it installed. The male employee stated this is not a "repair shop" and he could only sell the tire to us. It's honestly not hard to communicate with the customer if installment isn't available at the time. We had a poor experience, I suggest speaking to your employees and being on the same page of what is offered so this doesn't happen again.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience…read more Before purchasing my Polaris RZR, I was told the vehicle had been fully inspected and that any issues found during inspection would be addressed before delivery. When I arrived to pick up the UTV, I immediately noticed the rear brake pads were metal-to-metal. To his credit, the owner provided part of the brake pads so I could replace them myself, but this made me question how thorough the inspection really was. Within the first week of ownership, I also discovered that three buttons on the Ride Command system were not functioning properly. I never brought this up because I didn't notice it during pickup and decided to let it go. The UTV also was not detailed or cleaned before delivery, which wasn't a major issue to me, but it added to my overall impression. The biggest issue was the front differential/AWD system. Shortly after purchase, I began experiencing intermittent AWD problems on my first ride. After further testing and consultation with a differential specialist, I was informed that the differential had an internal issue consistent with a pre-existing failure. The AWD would engage when cold but stop engaging once the vehicle warmed up. To the dealership's credit, they offered to rebuild the differential if I paid for the parts and they covered the labor. However, I was disappointed that I was still expected to pay for a major drivetrain issue that appears to have existed before I purchased the vehicle. This review is not about the cost of the repair. It's about the principle of selling a vehicle as fully inspected and then discovering multiple issues shortly after purchase, including a significant differential problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

My dad originally brought his motorcycle in for what should have been a simple tire installation…read more Instead, the process dragged on for over two months. Every time he called, there seemed to be a new problem, a new part that supposedly needed attention, or a new reason the bike wasn't ready. What was especially frustrating was that many of these issues had never been problems before the bike was brought in. At one point, a part that had been discussed ended up damaged while the motorcycle was in the shop, leading to even more complications and costs. The entire experience felt like a constant upsell rather than a straightforward tire installation. After months of delays, changing explanations, and increasing charges, my dad paid around $1,000 and ultimately took the bike back. He is now having to work on the motorcycle himself. Very disappointing experience and not a shop I would recommend. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, a waste of time and money.

And we decided to go ask a couple of questions concerning a 2004 SL65 AMG hardtop convertible that has spent too much time in the automatic carwash, eating up the clear coat. When we arrived, we were greeted happily by Rebecca and Matt, who walked outside, and pointed out to them the hood and fenders that were showing signs of weathering on the hood and fenders. The rims were also dull and showing signs of possible total replacement. After speaking with Matt, Rebecca, and Rebbec's husband, the complete restorative work was estimated to be around 2K if totally restored by a professional. After discussing the repair estimate for the damage, we were asked if we minded if they tried out some products and possibly reverse any damage. They made a very considerable offer to try some products to see if they could do anything that could help, or were we a lost cause? The before and after were night and day. First, the car was given a wash that it hadn't gotten in 5 years. The High Gloss Lab has a reverse osmosis water treatment that takes out all the impurities that are in our HD hard water. The hard water spots that dry all over the car. If you are a mobile detailer or any novice who wants to purchase this treated water, it is accessible from the rear of the building, taking cash like at a 24-hour carwash, allowing you to fill up a tank 24 hours a day. This makes the carwash give a spot-free wash in record time. The acid treatment that treated the hood and the fenders was like magic. The acid used on the tires literally gave us the appearance of new tires. The hood and fenders shine and feel silky to the touch. I was impressed with the products and the life that they gave back to the car. We were also impressed with the information and the attention to answering all our questions and making sure we understood how to properly use the products. We didn't feel rushed, and we were given top-tier customer service and support. The steady stream of traffic from mobile retailers coming by and just being properly taken care of without a hint of attitude or unpleasantness. We had a great time hanging out here and learning an abundance of information, and we have already been back to work on our 2012 Audi Q7. Please give them a chance to earn your business. I truly believe you won't be disappointed. We loved everything about this business, the people, the products, everything!!!
