They assisted me right away and I took some pictures of the units I found interesting. I appreciate their help and the financing was quick. We just can't make up our mind can't wait to update once we made our purchase.

She confirmed that the tire was in stock and installation could be provided. She informed him that it could be done after 2pm, due to being short staffed. On May 2 we arrived to the store to purchase the tire and have it installed. The male employee stated this is not a "repair shop" and he could only sell the tire to us. It's honestly not hard to communicate with the customer if installment isn't available at the time. We had a poor experience, I suggest speaking to your employees and being on the same page of what is offered so this doesn't happen again.

****Attention****…read more Head up to other customers: make sure you fully understand the return policy before buying motorcycle tires from Cycle Gear. I purchased Shinko 777 white wall tires from Cycle Gear and had a very frustrating experience. I took the tires to four different shops -- including two attempts at Cycle Gear -- and no one was able to properly bead the rear tire. The tires were never ridden because the rear tire simply would not seat correctly on the rim. What made the situation worse was Cycle Gear's tire return policy. I strongly recommend anyone considering buying tires from them read the policy carefully before purchasing. Once the tires are removed from the packaging -- or in my case mounted on the rim -- they will not refund your money, even if the tires are unusable and have never been ridden. I hoped the company would be understanding given the circumstances, especially after multiple professional mounting attempts, but that was not my experience. I'm now out roughly $300 and stuck with tires I cannot use. At this point, I honestly feel ripped off and scammed.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience…read more Before purchasing my Polaris RZR, I was told the vehicle had been fully inspected and that any issues found during inspection would be addressed before delivery. When I arrived to pick up the UTV, I immediately noticed the rear brake pads were metal-to-metal. To his credit, the owner provided part of the brake pads so I could replace them myself, but this made me question how thorough the inspection really was. Within the first week of ownership, I also discovered that three buttons on the Ride Command system were not functioning properly. I never brought this up because I didn't notice it during pickup and decided to let it go. The UTV also was not detailed or cleaned before delivery, which wasn't a major issue to me, but it added to my overall impression. The biggest issue was the front differential/AWD system. Shortly after purchase, I began experiencing intermittent AWD problems on my first ride. After further testing and consultation with a differential specialist, I was informed that the differential had an internal issue consistent with a pre-existing failure. The AWD would engage when cold but stop engaging once the vehicle warmed up. To the dealership's credit, they offered to rebuild the differential if I paid for the parts and they covered the labor. However, I was disappointed that I was still expected to pay for a major drivetrain issue that appears to have existed before I purchased the vehicle. This review is not about the cost of the repair. It's about the principle of selling a vehicle as fully inspected and then discovering multiple issues shortly after purchase, including a significant differential problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

These are some awesome leather riding gloves. Read on to understand why this company lost one…read morestar: When researching gloves, I did not see anything in regard to Lee Parks Design in my general searches on the internet. I happen to come across a YouTube video that went into depth about these gloves. After watching the video, I decided to purchase a pair of the DeerTours gloves. SIZING: I ordered according to their size guide and I found it to be pretty accurate. These gloves run on the larger side, so it is common to have to size down from your normal size. Deer skin stretches during the break in process, so a little tighter is okay. LOOK & FEEL: The gloves look and feel great. The deer skin definitely gives riders a more tactile feel than regular leather. The stitching appears to be good quality. Their website has not been updated, but these gloves now have touch screen capability that have been sewn into the index fingers on both gloves. I find the touch screen capability to work good on my iPhone. The gloves do a good job of breaking in over time and conforming nicely with my hands. LONGEVITY: I have only had the gloves for about a month now, which are used multiple hours a day for daily riding. As of now, they are holding up nicely, but only time will tell if I get extended use. So long as the seams do not fail, it appears they should last for quite some time with proper leather maintenance. THE BAD: If you need to contact customer service for any reason, it may be difficult. There are no phone numbers or direct contacts listed on their website. There is an area to submit your information with comments/questions. I have completed this form two times and have received no responses. After purchasing the gloves, I saw a direct email for someone. I have emailed that person and still received no response. If you read some of the reviews, this seems to be a common issue for this company. This type of customer service is a shame considering they put out such a good product. Having said all that, I would purchase these gloves again.

Nice touch. I do like these gloves and plan to order a second pair of their shorter gloves. Changing to 5 gloves.
