My dad originally brought his motorcycle in for what should have been a simple tire installation. Instead, the process dragged on for over two months. Every time he called, there seemed to be a new problem, a new part that supposedly needed attention, or a new reason the bike wasn't ready. What was especially frustrating was that many of these issues had never been problems before the bike was brought in. At one point, a part that had been discussed ended up damaged while the motorcycle was in the shop, leading to even more complications and costs. The entire experience felt like a constant upsell rather than a straightforward tire installation. After months of delays, changing explanations, and increasing charges, my dad paid around $1,000 and ultimately took the bike back. He is now having to work on the motorcycle himself. Very disappointing experience and not a shop I would recommend. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, a waste of time and money. read more

I usually don't leave reviews but I feel I have to warn others who want work done here and I'm not trying to be mean, just honest because he took my money for the worse job done. This shop had clear vision of all work to be done when RJ gave me an agreed work order repair of $2500 to cut and weld parts that he said he could do. Don't expect him to honor any agreement he prints out on paper after you pay money upfront because for 4 years it was sitting at his shop barely worked on and RJ always apologized for not being able to finish the work while it was there with him but then refused a partial refund and said to take him to court. So that is what you will have to expect when you deal with RJ at the shop. Sections were left cut out and no complete solid welds work done, just parts barely tacked on that my neighbors kid could've done. And the new welded patch panels dont even line up with the body. Now, i will have to re-sanblast the metal because it rusted over again from being out too damn long at his shop. I've seen some good work done here long ago but I think he takes on more than he can chew and the customer pays the price for his mistakes. Don't take your bike there ! I brought my bike there for engine work they did the work ? Had my bike for over a month. got my bike home a discovered there was front end damage something happened to my bike when its was there ! Had to take it to another shop and have front end fixed read more

Headed home from Vegas, my bike and I got stranded in Barstow. I'm actually really thankful that there are no bike shops there. It made it possible for me to find this gem in the high desert. HI: I'm 20 yrs US Navy SpecWar Retired, 10 yrs Federal as well. I have to be HONEST, i think this shop is "Sub-Par" to below the Industry standard. Especially, when it comes to the Customer Service Experience. I don't usually post anything but I tried to have closer to my experience today with this Owner and it went more south than I wanted it to. so I'm Sharing! 1). Lucky Mutha (LM) seems to be Open when the want to be, return calls almost never. 2).They are terrible when it comes to communication back to the customer . 3). They have a really crappie demeanors & attitudes/unprofessional when it comes to the Customer trying to call and find out why they haven't gotten back with you about the prognosis of the issue at hand and or the date they said they would get back with you by (1 whole week late) even with a call or text or email. (UNACCEPTABLE!!!) 4). Always has Excuses of why something hasn't happened: (No One in business wants to hear them. alone at the shop/ family stuff that you just don't want to hear. Too many Bikes. 5). Make sure you check all the nuts & bolts when you leave after service. Make sure they are tight after they have worked on your bike. I get mine back to the house and several parts were finger tight to have fallen off the bike on the ride home. Handle bars not even close to being comfortable or close to drivable. then if you mention something about it, OH its going to take another 1.5 hours to adjust them. when you set up a time to pick it up. Instead of calling the customer or reaching out to them about the handle bar adjustment. (Big Fail!!) 6). The Mark up on Harley Parts is like 60% after I already agreed to have them get the part. ***Then when I called R.J. Mechanic/Owner back to try to communicate my findings, including loose and missing parts when I got home. and the over priced part that he quoted me after I personally went to 2 Harley Shops myself and got a print outs to prove the over 60% price difference. I didn't want or ask for a refund or money back. *** I was simply sharing my customer experience with him first hand. He did want to hear any of it !! & said you can take your business else where. WHICH I will Most Defiantly do!!! He did however locate the source of my electrical sort issue, telling me he had my bike completely apart all over the his garage. then he tells me when I questioned him about my loose and missing parts he only removed a few parts...
