I have now used them a few times and there is nowhere else I would rather go. Rick and Dave explained to me which tires would be best for my bike (Harley Street Glide) with custom wheels. I took my motorcycles to them, paid them in full and when I went to pick them up they told me they could not get parts for one of my 3 motorcycles. They wanted to trade me for a different motorcycle. I dealt with the previous owner for years and had no issues so I trusted them but new owners cannot be trusted. They took my motorcycle and have yet (months and months later) to receive the motorcycle they offered as trade or my motorcycle back. I asked for my motorcycle back but after visits to the office, calls, texts, etc. I am left only with the choice to call the police and sue the business, the individuals etc. Also it turns out that you can get parts for the motorcycle and it is more valuable than the offered trade.
