I decided to try Paso Tile and Stone. I walked in and all of the tile looked to be either white or grey. Nothing wrong with that, just not for me. Luckily I discovered Tyndall Tile in Atascadero. Recently one of the soft close mechanisms stopped working and not sure what to do I called the shop for direction, fully expecting that they would tell me there is nothing they would do. Instead, they set up an appointment to look at the issue. Long story short Steve came out and looked at the issue, returned on a later appointment with the right part and installed it, not charge. I was so impressed that 5 years after the installation they would come out and look at an issue. A lot of places can make a good product, but customer service after the sale, even 5 years later, is the backbone of any product, especially Morro Bay Cabinet products.

These people saved us from another delay on our pool construction. We'd already tried to order tile…read more4 times, with other vendors, but The selected tile was always either unavailable in quantity, unavailable in trim pieces, available but unexpected 10 week delay at Cetera at Cetera. I don't know why tile show rooms show you tile that is effectively unavailable but they do. I found this place online, and even though it's an hour from us, I called and the person who helped us was obviously a cut above your average tile sales person. I explained what we were looking for, we made an appointment for a couple of days hence, when we arrived she had all of the tile assembled in appropriate samples and had already made sure that it was available and had pricing information readily available. They ordered us some larger samples which came in one day. We made a choice and placed an order, the tile was here less than a week. It was also slightly less expensive than we had anticipated so everyone is happy. People it does not get better than this. Their show room is deluxe, BTW, it was an educational experience, made me want to build something else.

We 1st met Melissa who was friendly & knowledgeable & took her time to show us her inventory. We went home with 5 different samples to proof at the house. After making our selection we worked with Stephenie & the owner Chris who were both VERY attentive to detail such as using double ply wood sub tops to raise the counter enough for oven drawer to open & clear our saltillo tile floor when range went back in. Having missed that would have been a real bummer. Also per their idea we went with a 3 1/8 inch mitered edge to hide the double sub tops & original wood slat counter top. The end product is very beautiful & quite stunning. The demo & finished counter crew of Zac & Gary were top notch too. Stephenie gave us tear out dates & install dates & were spot on. I used the plumber they recommended. Charles of CDB Plumbing to remove & re install range and all plumbing in kitchen & bath. He was very professional & helpful too. I was also told that if my counter weren't level they aren't responsible " if my counters weren't level they never told me , I never saw anyone check for level. I also know that professional Installers would make it level by shimming if needed. One guy came out to measure , 2 weeks later he was with a different company , two installers on the day of install were new "only days new" this isn't right. Super unprofessional, once they have your money you don't matter anymore

IiOn addiyion, I…read morehired Carlos Handyman services for several job such as cutting down and removing 2 huge trees, installing ceiling mounted LED lights plus a wall mounted light, squaring up 5 doorways and doors so they could close properly, fixing an irrigation leak and outdoor faucet problem, trimming a palm tree with a chain saw, and even moving a 900lb. fountain from the front yard to the back yard. I hired many handyman before and Carlos is truly the best. I was nothing but satisfied with the entire processes from begging to end. It is very rare to see a crew so professional and genuine work on projects these days. In addition, Carlos has an extremely smart crew that can make things work. You should consider yourself lucky if you are able to get them!! ADDITIONAL NOTES: No matter how big or small the job is, Carlos and his team do more than expected. Fixing the doors worked out great! All of the homes built by this one builder in our development had doorways which were not squared so when the doors were added, they did not close properly or lock. When Carlos fixed the doors he made a point to remove the screws that came with the hardware and replaced them with longer screws that would go deeper into the wall frames and add stability when opening and closing the doors over time. When one of Carlos' crew was fixing the irrigation leak we saw the leak had rotted out the wooden square that the deck was mailed to, so the deck sunk down every time you stepped in that spot. Carlos (one of the crew), dug out and replaced the wood which was not part of the quote, but greatly appreciated. When the fountain was moved, it had dirt caked in the bottom and Carlos made the extra effort of cleaning it out so it looks very nice in its new spot. When installing the lights, Carlos used better wire caps than the ones that came with the lights because they had a better grip to prevent the wired from slipping out of the caps. .
