He specifically mentioned the job will require cutting and removing concrete and even asked me if I want to replace concrete or just put on gravel which will be cheaper . Now you are being dishonest on Yelp? As for payment, Jose told me he will be there between 3-6pm, I got there at 4:30pm and he was gone. ( I wonder why the job was so quick?) So I will have to test this myself for a week because I frankly don't trust your company any longer. You will be paid when I finish the testing. End of story. I had a leaky sprinkler valve and pipe and Jose responded and was quick to come for an estimate . The estimate was free which I appreciate. Jose appeared professional and told me the pipe was under the concrete and required concrete cutting to repair the pipe . He asked me if I want the concreted replaced which will Be more expensive obviously or just put gravel . I opted for concrete replacement and was quoted a price which I countered , we agreed to a price and date for repair. The repair is now complete , and it turns out he didn't have to cut concrete and left before I arrived when he told me he would be there from 3-6. I arrived at 4:30 and he was already gone. Now , the entire agreement was based on him having to do concrete work unless it's normal to charge $600 for changing one plastic pipe and change a plastic valve. So now I am doubting if this guy knew he didn't have to cut concrete all along and just said that to bid the price high. So I asked him nicely since the job didn't involve the agreed to concrete work, for goodwill and fairness , can we adjust the price as a courtesy to $500 because I have quotes from other companies repairing the pipe and valve with no concrete work would be $200-250. Jose refused and said he wants his $600 as quoted. Then I asked him, that $600 was with new concrete, how about you go back and put in that new concrete since you said the price is the same with or without concrete right? He refused as well. Anyways, just be aware of this guy. Seems ok during estimate but as you can see above. A very dishonest person and company.

After several days, Adrian and an assistant came to mow the lawns. It was a rainy day! They stopped after mowing just the front. He said he would be back early the next week to finish the job; that is, to mow the back yard. I paid for the front yard. Lots of clumps of wet grass left all over the front, but it was short enough / good enough that I could maintain it myself from there. A few weeks later, my back a little better, and a little work on my own had the front yard looking fine. Listening to our ideas, Mr. Ramos came up with a plan that would cover the dirt with artificial turf, steps and a patio. He came up with a great solution to provide access to the sump pump which is located under the patio. All of it turned out great and the price was reasonable for the quality of work done. Mr. Ramos was very communicative over the entire process to make sure that the project met our needs. I didn't mention before that he also added a drip water system along the side of our house and planted 20x hedge plants along the fence line which will eventually become a really nice hedge row.
