The owner was kind, I ordered an amaro, we were told the menu was limited to pizza, that day. Well, we'd heard a thing or two about the Italian's pizza expertise, so we went for it, our first -- and one of the most memorable -- pizza sessions of our stay, on or off the mainland. This is just my take, but seems to me most Italian restaurants get the whole Napolitan recipe right. The secret to marvelous pie is forking into the whole thing as soon as it comes outta the oven, like, as close to burn-your-tongue as possible. Service is adequate, I saw the waiters treat everyone good, both locals and tourists alike, also the treat children really nice, so it's ok to come with them and enjoy a nice lunch or dinner. The owner is very nice and works alongside the waiters making sure everything goes well. We only had them serve us half of it as well. Overall a great experience but no one likes to feel taken advantage of. There ended up being a lot of people there, and most were locals. Had to ask for the check like 5x, stand up and walk to counter after 30 minutes. I didn't want to make a fuss. If I didnt have my luggage with me and didn't need to leave on my last day in the country, I may have made a bigger deal. Not about the money but the principle.
