We hired Gianni to renovate our spare bathroom after hearing glowing things from his provided…read morereferences. We took out the tub and just wanted a tiled shower, new floor and a new vanity, and shower door. We did the demolition, took the shower area down to the studs, and I pointed out that the alcove for the vanity was 71.5" wide and the new vanity cabinet was, of course, 72". I suggested he could either take the cabinet to a cabinet shop see if they could trim 1/2" off or replace the 1/2" drywall on the sides of the alcove with ¼". Gianni started on 10-2. To his credit, Gianni did a nice job on the floor tile and the shower wall tile. Unfortunately, the rest of his work was schlocky at best. The shower floor was not evenly laid and he messed up the shower door by mounting it too high, not to mention it's not square. The worst part was the vanity. He elected to do a cutout in the drywall and put the cabinet so the edges were inside the wall. I was suspect but he assured me it was ready to have the granite guy come in and measure. He neglected to check if the vanity doors opened properly-they didn't. He said he could replace the hinges but I insisted that this needed to be fixed correctly-replace the drywall-and now the granite would not fit and I was not about to eat that cost. He eventually returned on 11-6 and finally replaced the drywall (on one side only) and cut and pasted the vanity top (it's evident). He also informed me he accidentally broke my faucet supply line but that they should be cheap on Ebay...he cut the vanity kick plate trim piece too short with a very jagged edge and just left it on my patio table. I waited a week to see if he would call to schedule a time to replace this trim piece or address the supply line that he broke, but no-just left a gaping hole in the bottom of the vanity and left me holdin' the bag for the rest. Plus the doors still don't open without rubbing on the wall... At this point I've given up on Gianni and will have to hire someone else to fix this mess.

I was in need of finding an honest, prompt, and affordable Contractor…read more Travis was highly recommended to me by a friend who's used him several times for his studio design. I also had a chance to check out his Yelp reviews and thought they were pretty consistent and so I called. I own an airbrush tanning studio in Phoenix and needed to create more efficient lighting where I tan my clients to avoid any shadows on their skin, especially at night. I also needed to install an exhaust fan to help with the overspray of organic tanning solution that tends to spread throughout my studio. Speaking to Travis over the phone for the first time, I knew I had made the right decision. I was extremely impressed that he had already done some research on exhaust fans even before speaking to me thanks to my friend who had given him a heads up that I'd be calling! Not a lot of people would take the initiative to do some research even before speaking to their potential client, but Travis did. I felt like we were already off to a great start and within a few days, we met at my studio so that he could see how everything would flow. He showed up on-time, was extremely helpful, insightful, and professional. Within one afternoon, Travis had installed my lights, plus another set of unexpected track lights last minute, and though we concluded the fan he ordered wasn't strong enough for my studio space, he didn't charge me for it. He also covered my desk and retail shelves with plastic to avoid any dust getting anywhere and vacuumed the floors after he was done. Long story short, hire Travis. His rates are fair, he's prompt, clean, attentive, honest (had saved receipts for everything he purchased) and does an incredible job well done. Without a doubt, I will be using Travis again in the future.

We were on a tight timeline as I was seven months pregnant and wanted to get the project completed before our baby was born. For over two months we sat patiently waiting for the previous company to finish their job and they never did. We got a referral for Richard Peel from the Arizona Tile preferred vendor list and from the first phone call I knew they were sincere and on their game. They are a three-generation family business and although they couldn't start immediately, they sent out someone to put together an estimate right away. They needed two weeks and we're willing to use the existing materials we had already purchased and put together a very fair quote.
