Oh Balls! Food Truck and Martin House Brewing Glassware

I love the outdoor space Martin house brewing has. Very delicious beers tasted, and wonderful service.

We had a fun family afternoon here! Beautiful green grounds by the Trinity for a nice play space for kids & for adults to sip & watch over. Nicely covered large patio and stage. Loved the choice of beers. Very helpful staff. Cheerful environment where beer is ordered with places to sit and chill inside. The cherry vanilla porter was just the right amount of flavor as was my passion fruit sour. Food truck is a nice option if wanting to eat. A local gem worth visiting to relax with multigenerational fun!

If you love dark beers (stouts and porters) or sours, this is a great brewery. They had a deal going for Mardi Gra - $20 for 4 beers and a pint glass to go! Dark beers were high abv too, so what more could you ask for.

Good beer, good vibes and great merch . Couldn't ask for anything better on a beautiful May evening.

We love this brewery. Great hang. Good vibes. Some of my favorite Texas beers. Friday IPA is my go to and the pickle beer is just a great creative beer.

Came here after spending the day out admiring the blue bonnets. I ordered the blonde ale. Great beer. We sat outside and enjoyed the view of the Trinity river. It was a great time and good place to visit friends.

Martin house is a great place to stop and sip. So much variety. The service is above and beyond Kristin literally gave me the shirt off her back! Awesome sauce!!!! Great environment, full of energy, fantastic vibes. Henry helped us find our perfect choice to drink. Go and bring your friends. I heard there is jeopardy on Wednesdays at 7pm!

Large selection (this is about a fourth)

Some of the most unusual beers you'll ever find in one place. I'm sure this menu is what drives many people here, but at the same time it loses a star from me. Know before you go: there may be 1 lager and no wheat beers, no kolsch. But 12+ dark brown beers with high ABV all described as some combination of coffee, fruit, etc.

The best sours in Fort Worth! My favorites are the classic pickle beer, and True Love (raspberry sour). The staff was great about answering questions and letting us try things, and there is a ton of seating and games. A great place to drink great beer!

My husband and I have always enjoyed the creativity that Martin House puts in their brews. We had plans in Fort Worth, and we decided to include a stop at their brewery as part of the plans. Very fun place. They offer a Saturday drink deal of $20 for four 12 ounce beers and a souvenir glass to go. All the employees are extremely helpful and friendly, and they have a resident food truck in the back! Definitely a fun time! P.S. It is dog friendly both indoors and out!

this place is more like a 4.5 out of 5 stars. I can definitely see myself coming back here. I've been wanted to check this place out for a while. I shop at trader joes frequently, and always see beer from this brewery sold at trader joes. The interesting flavors and decorative cans/designs won me over. Honestly, whomever designs the art work for the cans needs a raise/promotion. when we went, it was fairly crowded, but not too packed to grab a seat. We ended up getting a flight of a lot of different beers. they have a lot of different types, so you'll definitely find something for everyone. Sours, Stouts, lager, seltzer etc. I also tried the pickle sour beer, and let me say. wow.... so glad i tried a sample here, and will definitely be picking up some the next time i go to trader joes. They also have food outside, where you can order inside from an ipad. PS: This is not too far from top golf. I recommend getting drinks here, and then going to top golf and enjoying yourself. I checked, its a 7 minute walk from this brewery to top golf. PPS: they have beer that's on the menu year round, and beer that's also seasonal.

Met my friends at Martin House for the free Metal fest. It was hoodie weather and a nice night for some beer and live music. There is also a great view of downtown FtWorth! They had three bands for the show and the last band "One Eyed Monster" was awesome! They reminded me of Led Zeppelin. They also played some Black Sabbath! It was a great night at Martin House ! We definitely enjoyed the atmosphere, beer and music!

Sale prices

Why am I paying full price for draft pours when the bartenders are serving me pours from open cans in their fridge? I paid $7+tip for a can of Me Gusta to be poured into a room temperature glass, meanwhile they're selling four packs of the same beer for $7.99! I thought maybe that was a fluke, and perhaps that specific tap was down, so I ordered a smaller pour of Dairyland Special, hoping this time it would come from the tap. Nope! The bartender poured it from an open can in the fridge again. Don't charge draft prices at the bar if you're going to pour canned beer instead. It's called a TAP room for a reason.

Yes very kid friendly. They have a section in the brewery where there are coloring books and boards games for kids. We took our 3 and 5 year old there and they were good with the coloring books.

This is the most welcoming and coolest bar in the world…read more This massive, high-energy outlaw country space is an amazing, unpretentious venue you must see. The double-story building is a large, open Texas beer hall that blends modern and traditional saloon styles with an intentionally eclectic, whimsical vibe reminiscent of a theme park. For instance, the bathroom doors look like jail cells with hands on the bars, while the pristine stalls feature portraits of Merle Haggard and Johnny Cash. I used the Willie Nelson and was "on the commode again". The centerpiece is a huge, three-sided bar adorned with neon signs, vintage Western memorabilia, industrial brewing equipment, and a massive wall of taps. It serves both classics and ready-to-serve frozen drinks, which you can enjoy in the pet-friendly beer garden backyard party. Order you "two pina coladas and hope they fill 'em to the brim if your world is kind of rocky and you need to learn to swim." (That was Garth Brooks or Maya Angelou). The casual, amphitheater-like patio faces an outdoor stage built into the bed of a vintage truck. The live music (even 12:30pm on a Thursday) is loud enough to be festive but managed so you don't have to scream to be heard. The entire area is covered by a massive glass and steel retractable roof, ensuring comfort in any weather, in case you don't "love a rainy night nor think it's such a beautiful sight, and hate to feel the rain on your face, taste the rain on your lips in the moonlight shadows." (That was Eddie Rabbit or SunTzu). The seating options are excellent and varied. Groups can share high-tops around a gas fire or a lit tree, or even sit in kitschy sawed-off pickup truck beds with bench seating. You can also find lounge chairs near the outdoor fireplace, huge swinging benches, and plenty of folding beach chairs on the astroturf. For dining, you can order affordable bar food from a window and receive a pager, so there is no need to "might as well lay down and nap 'cause you've spent half your life just waiting on a nacho." (That was Brad Paisley or Abraham Lincoln).

The drinks were great, the burger was very good and my kids loved the chicken fingers. There were not a lot of cleaner options which would have been nice to have a few wraps or grilled chicken. The kids loved being able to run around, their outside is so great they should consider putting in a small climbing area for the kids. It'll make the parents stay longer aka drinks + food, while the kids have a great time outside. It could be where we sat but the acoustics were really hard to hear the singer who was a sweet older man. The tables also became VERY hot when the sun hit them for too long, so not sure what the solve is but the kids hated sitting because they kept burning their hands.

Great venue, service and food. I was a solo diner tonight…read moreand was given multiple seating choices. Close to band, away from band, table or booth. Tonight I was feeling back room incognito. The band was great though. Very nice 3 piece playing Hendrix and Stevie Ray. My server was Emeline and was helpful with my menu choices. Food and Bock style beer was good. The green beans needed to be cooked longer as they were a bit firm. Price was reasonable $25 with beer. The venue, scratch kitchen and band made this a good deal I thought.

So first the service was not great and the menu is pretty limited not what I remember from my first visit, I checked it out and the Rowlett location has a bigger and better menu not sure why every location would have the same menu. I ordered the Waygu burger medium rare with truffle fries, the burger came out medium/medium well not what I wanted but I didn't make a fuss because the server already seemed like and couldn't handle her tables, the truffle fries were really good. My friend did all like what they ordered and their food looked good too. I also had a couple beers that were both good but I was disappointed to see that they didn't have any stouts or porters on draft this time if year. The trivia night was pretty fun though we all enjoyed it and will consider going again
