I visited Maple Branch Craft Brewery for a journaling event on a Saturday right when they opened at 11 am. I wasn't familiar with the area, but parking was incredibly easy thanks to their large parking lot. One of the first things I noticed was the beautiful patio area. The large double doors open up to a covered outdoor space with a fountain in the center. There is shade thanks to trees and umbrellas so this is a nice place to have brunch at. Inside, there were several long communal tables that seemed perfect for events and larger groups. I was also impressed by their events calendar and even spotted an upcoming event I'm planning to attend, which makes me excited to come back. On this visit, I tried a glass of wine and the giant pretzel. The pretzel was fresh, soft, and paired nicely with the wine. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the cheese dip. It wasn't bad, but I personally think a simpler cheese sauce would be better. I liked that there was a separate coffee shop area. It's a great option for anyone who wants to enjoy the space without drinking alcohol, making it feel welcoming to a wider variety of guests. Ps. It's a cool place , with ample outdoor seatings & a nice, calming water fountain greeting you as you enter the venue's front yard. SERVICE could be a lot better. You order at the counter, you get a number to take to your seat(s), then servers bring you your food. You pick your own table, either indoor or outdoor. Our group of 9 ordered at around same time with 2 cashiers. Our food came very sporadically, one of us didn't get her salad & dish 30+ minutes AFTER everyone else started eating. We got the pizza we were sharing within 20 minutes after we sat down, BUT our salad didn't come until 45 minutes AFTER THE PIZZA! Now the food... Maple jalapeños bacon pizza was so good, with a kick. Prosciutto goat cheese pizza was ok, not enough flavor. Warm pretzel was soft & melted in the mouth, but the cheese dip had a bitter aftertaste. Cesar salad was loaded with croutons & Parmesan shavings. I personally loved a lot of Parmesan shavings, but could use a bit more lettuce & a little less croutons. The fries are good, nice & crispy. Came here for the first time and it happened to be trivia night. No problem. Staff was super nice. I waited over 30 minutes for a pizza and it came out burnt on the top and soggy on the bottom. I'm confused to how that happens but no apology or offer to remake it. The vibe was super chill. It got more crowded and I saw staff bringing out more tables and chairs which I thought was really nice of them. Super disappointed in the parking- do you really need 18 Tesla stations?!? I drove around the block several times to find parking while many Tesla stations that sat empty could have been used for other vehicles. Not cool. read more

What a great time to finally make it here!! 7/14-19/2026 they have a Smashburger flight pairing. Super fun, incredible food & great atmosphere! Maple Branch often has different food flight pairings so check their schedule. You order at the counter inside & they bring the food to your table. The staff are friendly & encouraged us to sample any of the beers before ordering. The weather was great so we opted to sit outside by the corn hole & yard size connect four games so the kids could play. But there is plenty of seating indoors & out (we sat at a picnic table but the do have other tables as well). The smashburgers were so good. The Philly melt & the jalapeno popper were a little spicy for me (I am a wimp!!) but I loved the classic & truffle mushroom sliders. I will be back to try the pizza as my friend said it was great! This was the first time I have visited Maple Branch . I met a couple of friends there on a Saturday morning for a chicken and beer pairing. When we arrived, it seemed a bit chaotic at first. Nobody really noticed us or said hello or welcomed us in. Because they were focused on an issue. We ordered our flights and we ended up sitting outside where it was nice and sunny. We visited Maple Branch Brewery on a Saturday night at 5pm. It was cold outside, so it was definitely crowded on a Saturday night indoors. They have lots of seating inside and outside. This Saturday they offered a Mac n Cheese Pairing Flight. It was very interesting and all the Mac n cheeses were super tasty. It looks like they offer a food and beer pairing flights often. On the Facebook page I saw a waffle flight and state fair food flight. The food at Maple Branch is great! We tried the giant pretzel that comes with house made beer cheese. We also tried the Brautwurst plate. Both of the food items were delicious and I definitely would come back just to eat those items. I think this is the best brewery in Fort Worth. I've visited quite a few but this one has the most space, the nicest looking, and the food they offer is wayyyyy better than I've had at any brewery. I loved all the beers I sampled. Definitely some interesting and fun flavors to try. They also offer mead, they were sold out of it this day but I will be back to try it. Dogs are welcomed here (indoor/outdoor) so that's a plus! My friends and I popped in here while waiting for a reservation at a nearby restaurant and we are glad we did. There is plenty of room inside and outside for groups large and small. Outside there are games for folks of all ages and it is dog friendly. Since we were on our way to dinner we did not try the food but the pizza looked amazing. More the once we debated getting one to share and I will hopefully be back to try one. We did get a few beers all of which were very tasty and priced well. I really enjoy this place especially when my family is in town. I have come here many times already and have had the same consistent experience. Their flight display and beer selection is pretty hard to beat and their food Pairings are absolutely delicious. Parking here is very limited if they're busy - seems to have more Tesla parking spots than regular spots. It is dog friendly both inside and outside so that was a huge plus for us! It was pretty busy and they only have one line to order but about 4 bartenders so it moved fairly quickly for us. The menu was limited since they were celebrating Oktoberfest. The pizza was a bit pricey for the size but tasted good! The burger and fries took an hour wait and was okay. Beer selection is a wide variety and they have other options such as a cider, a few wines and non-alcoholic soda cans as well. The is a lot of space but when it gets crowded seating can be limited. The seating area has a few tables with chairs, but mostly long tables with benches. The outdoor area looks attractive, but weather wasn't conducive to outdoor dining the day we went. The list of beers on the website was impressive. Far fewer were actually available. The one I'd chosen from website list the bartender had not heard of, so couldn't help when I asked for something similar. I asked for a non cloudy IPA, and got a cloudy one. That said, it was okay. The beer drinking friend I was with enjoyed her red Irish beer. My food was very disappointing. I'd never had a totally tasteless bratwurst before. The red cabbage and potato salad were okay. the chicken quesadilla a friend has sat uneaten after a few bites. my husband said the turkey avocado sandwich was good, and the friend who had the hamburger said it was very good. Although ordered at once, the meals arrived one by one and well spaced. our first diner was finished by the time the last plate arrived. No brewed tea or fountain drinks were available for the non beer drinkers. The place is obviously designed for after-work drinks and some munchies. I didn't really like their date with destiny beer but I could tell it would be a good beer for someone else. Odd experience. Ordered a Godfather Pizza to go. It was given to me. Opened it up and it didn't have the pesto. Went to ask about it and the guy said "Thanks for keeping us honest" and that they'd go add it on. Another guy came back with the pizza and said they ran out of the pesto earlier in the day. He said they'd comp the pizza and walked away. 15 minutes later I went to the register and asked if I was supposed to do anything for the refund. It took a second and the guy said oh yea I thought that was you or something along those lines. Then offered 20% off the pizza instead of the refund of it. I didn't say anything because maybe I heard wrong about being comped for the pizza, you never know. But I'm pretty sure I didn't mishear. I've come to Maple Branch for years even early on when it seemed empty every time I went and the experience is usually great. But in the last 6 months it's been odd. I've been comped a pizza because of hair under the cheese and been told that they'd be back with ranch right away only to wait 30 minutes and having to go remind them, and been given pizza with the bottom completely burnt. I still like the pizza when it's done right and I like the events. But the place seems to be going the wrong direction. Great place for a casual afternoon out of the heat, and pup friendly! Great selections of beer, the blackberry was tasty! Had the skinny goat pizza, could use a bit more goat cheese but it was delicious! The prosciutto is very thick sliced, so be prepared to pay it down with a napkin bc it does get a tad greasy. It is counter service, but the staff was friendly. Seems like the food truck outside had some kinks to work out and the poor ladies next to us roasted over an hour for their food. This was a nice surprise! I went up to Fort Worth to visit a friend. We were looking for a place to relax after going to one of the museums, get a bite to eat, and have a drink. I found this place online. Their brews were good and their giant soft pretzel was great! I'm not a beer connoisseur so I ended up getting one of their hard seltzers and it was fantastic. They have a really nice outdoor area, though we didn't sit out there since it was pretty cold that day. Their indoor area was nice and large too. First, this is a borderline sketchy neighborhood. It seems to be heading in the right direction, but you might want to think twice before coming for a late evening. Second, they really need to decide if they want to do food or not. The selection of items is trying to be more than just bar food, but misses the mark.
