I got four estimates for replacing the whole damaged surface with new siding. It wasn't enough to justify raising my homeowner's insurance rate, so I was out of pocket. Bucco's wasn't the lowest bid, but it was near the lowest bid, and I felt like they were the most dependable and trustworthy option. I am very happy with my decision. They got all the work done in one day, it looks great, they cleaned up, and all the paperwork was online and automated. Timelines were reasonable and communication was excellent. I had them install a new roof and gutters on my house last summer. The roof wasn't leaking or having problems just getting old. I had 4" overhangs along the sides of the existing roof. When they were installing the new roof, they informed me that they don't usually do overhangs anymore and asked to remove them. They are the professionals not me so I said okay. In the winter I do get icicles on the dormer but have never had a problem with the water getting into the house. This winter I had a small amount of ice buildup, much smaller than in the past. Because the overhangs were removed the ice reached the fascia and water was able to get behind it and leak into the house. I contacted Buccos roofing and they sent someone to look at it. They said I needed to add a gutter along the dormer to try and keep the ice from getting to the fascia. This is not an ideal solution, but I guess its workable. I was then told I would have to pay for this even though they are the ones that created the problem. They keep saying the roof was installed correctly and it is not there fault. If for over 20 years I have not had water get in then all the sudden it does because the overhangs are gone I would say it's there fault.

There was never any time where we felt pressured. The installation project manager Dustin and the crew lead Dave we're also very professional as well. Dustin called the week prior to give us a preliminary window and also called the night before the work started. He gave us a heads up that they would like to park their work trailer and scrap dumpsters in the driveway. Dustin was here every day and made himself available for any questions that we had. The work crew was very respective of the area where they were working. None of my landscaping were damaged and the site was cleaned up every day before they left. The crew lead Dave made sure that before his crew left on the last day that I walked down their work making sure that there wasn't any issues or problems before they were done and removed their work trailer. Says he will come days and doesn't, then doesn't call/text or respond to calls/texts until you've blown his phone up too many times. Then he gives you just enough to get you off his back and then still doesn't follow through. Claims he has materials he doesn't and claims he had to special order things and won't provide receipts when asked. The store says other wise that things were in fact not ordered and what materials he did drop off are incorrect and are in stock in the store. He offered a refund, we will see if we get that. We have been down to studs since beginning of September. Oh and he punctured a hole through a wall and didn't fix it. It has been a nightmare trying to get the correct materials or a refund so we can part ways with him. We will see if we get the refund he said he would give, if not we will be taking him to court for compensation. ​
