We needed a new roof, gutters, and siding (ours was literally falling off!!), with some window framing to tie it together. Once they got started, the whole house was done within a week's time. We went out of town for the week, and Dan sent us pictures and updates while we were away. The pricing was fair and a great value. Dan did not try to over-sell us on anything, and stayed within our budget. Everyone in my neighborhood has been complementing the house! I cannot recommend them enough!!

Chris from West Hills Roofing came out promptly and gave us his solution to our problems and also gave his bid on the spot ( Not days later like the other companies that eventually showed up !). His bid was very competitive, but his confidence and knowledge on fixing our roof made the difference for us so we hired him to replace our roof. He said it would be done in one day, which appealed to us considering it was wintertime and the weather was against us. His crew showed up earlier than promised and jumped right into work immediately. They all were extremely polite and professional. They worked tirelessly to tear off the old shingles, replace with new underlayment & shingles, and clean up completely. Not only done in one day, but finished early. They also went above and beyond the contracted job to eliminate an old problem that they had discovered. We are very happy that we hired West Hills and highly recommend them. They all did a great job! Joe M., Moon Twp

I called Cousins and I was a little disappointed I had to wait about 4 weeks for someone to come out and take a look, BUT when the day finally came, Mark got right to work inspecting the area and recommended securing a few other pieces of siding that looked like they were loose as well. I was shocked when I asked how long I'd have to wait for someone to come back out and fix it, and he said he would do it right then! The price was reasonable, so I signed the contract, and in an hour, he had cleared out some dead vines that had grown under the siding, secured the loose pieces, and reattached the piece that fell off. Extremely happy with his work!

From day one, he went far beyond what you'd expect--not just handling the roof work, but acting as a true advocate and guide through an extremely drawn-out and stressful process. All at a great value. Jordan helped me navigate a complicated insurance situation, communicated efficiently with his crew and other consultants, and stayed on top of every detail. He checked on the roof regularly to make sure my tenants and property stayed safe, all while keeping things calm and moving forward behind the scenes. Thanks to his professionalism, we got through roof, wall, and ceiling repairs with no hiccups. He was responsive, thorough, and just an all-around wonderful person to work with.
