Our house had been undergoing renovation, so we have vast experience with the multitude of issues that can be encountered when working with contractors. The Perfect Roofing workers on our project were phenomenal! They showed up early to commence work and worked diligently throughout the day to ensure the work day was productive. They were conscientious of our home, cleaning up at the end of the day and keeping work materials organized. Not enough can be said about Carlo; he was in constant communication, keeping us informed about the status of the project. When the roofers encountered an unanticipated challenge, we worked together with Carlo and Ramses to reach a resolution. The fees for additional work were communicated to us promptly and were reasonable. Our completed roof looks amazing! In the short time that it has been completed, we have received many compliments. We are so pleased with the work that was done by Perfect Roofing. In comparison with other contractors involved in our renovation, the workers were dependable, reliable, thorough and hard-working. The only thing that slowed down our project was the rain! In one word, our experience was perfect! Thank you Carlo and Ramses for going to extra mile to bring our roof project to fruition. Melvin, the project leader, also deserves accolades. He and his crew communicated with us as needed and completed additional work that was needed. He was awesome! He exemplified the values of Perfect Roofing, ensuring that his team was thorough and paid attention to detail. It was a pleasure encountering every member of the team - Sang Hong

I had a unique situation and highly recommend Chris Miller Roofing (I could not have navigated this without them). Chris Miller Roofing did NOT install my original roof, but I had a warranty issue (Owens Corning shingles failed after a few years) that they helped me with. Ken was fair, honest, and professional throughout the process. Ultimately Chris Miller Roofing put on my new roof which was done correctly, professionally, and looks great. I highly recommend Chris Miller Roofing and will work with them in the future.

We hired him to replace our roof in 2019. He told us the crew performing the work were personally trained by him, that he used to roof but is too old to get on a roof anymore. This guy has never been on a roof or pound a nail in his life. All his crews are sub contractors. Our roof has been leaking since it was installed. He sent a crew out a few times to fix the roof but all they did was caulk my dormers, which did not fix the problem. Since September 2022 I have been trying to get him to fix my roof. He blew us off all winter because of bad weather. He has told us numerous dates that guys would be here or material would be delivered. Each time nobody showed and Paul would not return a phone call or text. My wife called him from her work phone and he hung up on her when he found out it was her. If you hire him your roof will leak, and he will not fix it. He is a total sales man and will lie about anything and everything to sell you a roof, but will not do anything about it when it leaks. And you can wipe your butt with the owens corning 50 year warranty he sells with it because so far all they've done is contacted Paul to try to get him to resolve it.

Tony Gatto Home Improvements LLC has been in business since 2002. Their website is not currently…read moreworking, but I previously read on it that the business specializes in roofs, gutters, downspouts, fascia repairs, gutter cleaning, chimney caps, and some seasonal services. So far, I have hired this business two times--once in 2022 and once in 2024. In 2022, I noticed that my house had missing roof shingles, a leaking skylight, and dirty gutters. I contacted the owner Tony to request an estimate for his services. A few weeks later, Tony arrived at my house on time to do the work. In under one hour, he reattached my missing shingles, repaired the exposed flashing and nailheads (I am explaining the technical details as best as I can!) around my skylight, sealed the area around my skylight with caulk, and cleaned the debris from my gutters. The total cost was very reasonable. In 2024, I noticed a water stain on the ceiling in an upstairs room in my house, and I wondered if my roof was leaking. I contacted Tony, and he said that he could set an appointment for the very next day! He arrived on time, and he made very courteous conversation. He did a full inspection of the exterior of my roof, which he said was in perfect condition except for some loose flashing around my chimney. He repaired that flashing. The price was very reasonable. He also informed me that I have bees or yellow jackets that are living in a wall, so I will contact an exterminator to solve that problem. I greatly appreciate Tony's prompt, skilled, and friendly service!
