After I picked up my clothing from the cleaner's, I discovered a tear at the pocket of my trousers…read more The cleaner did not attach a tag to my trousers to indicate that there was a tear in the pocket. Why did the cleaners not put a tag or ticket on the trousers to indicate that a rip was found on the clothing? My suspicion is that my trousers were mishandled and switched out to another pair of pants. As a dissatisfied customer, I poorly recommend the facility's business of operation.

I can say now that the experience getting measured, picking the options was pleasant and easy with no pressure. Staff is open and friendly. I dealt with Kim and she made me very comfortable with my purchase. Will be giving them more business if this works out to my satisfaction. Will update then. Jacket turned out nice, fit was very good, quality of construction was above average, but not stellar, fabric is durable and still looks good after a year of use.

Very clean and convenient laundromat located in Socha Plaza. They have many different sizes for…read morewashing machines and plenty of dryers available. The plaza itself has my favorite bagel place (Manhattan Bagel and Bistro) so bonus for me. It's old school here so all machines operate on quarters but no worries they have a change machine. For ppl with small bladders like myself there is a clean restroom. Their hours are pretty much all day everyday so no excuse to clean all your dirty laundry.

Dry cleaning services are convenient and good quality. I usually take big loads including clothing, blankets, bedsheets, socks/undergarments and they are washed, folded and then also delivered to me in a timely manner. They will pick up and drop off your loads if needed for a little bit more. It's very convenient.

The sign says same-day service, but that's not necessarily true. My husband dropped off our laundry when they opened at 8am and it was not ready until the next day. Their folding skills are okay but they couldn't be bothered to pair socks up. Perhaps I am spoiled from all the options in Brooklyn where I used to live. (They would not only pair up your socks but pack up your finished clothes by CATEGORY [all underwear together, all sheets, towels, shirts together, etc.].)

I don't know what happened to this place but it is in terrible condition compared to my last trip…read morethere. The laminate floor is peeling and filthy, the machines have mold in the place you add detergent, and are obviously never cleaned, the washers are not spinning at high speed anymore so clothes come out really wet and cost a fortune to dry. In my case, I had filled 8 washers and was half way through drying my clothes, sheets and towels when the ONE functional change machine wouldn't accept my $20 bill, which meant I spent $40 to wash and then bring home soaking wet clothes. I will never go there again. What a shame, it used to be so nice. Now it's clear that whoever owns it just considers it a cash cow and is ripping people off and driving the business into the ground. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I haven't stopped coming to Super Suds since my first visit. There are only two qualms leading to one star being removed: machines are on the expensive side and there's no air conditioning. Honestly, the air conditioning is the biggest reason. However, the perk of free coffee is a nice amenity for customers. The staff here is A+ and the machines work fairly quickly, especially the washers. Dryers can take a little longer than I'd like at times, but that could be user error.
