He arrived at my house, introduced himself and immediately went to take a look at the huge fallen branch in my yard to ease my stress. I told him that I wouldn't be around the following day, but would still like the work done before Sunday since we were expecting snow. He came as promised that Saturday afternoon and worked in the rain. I think he didn't want to bother me as he knew I was in class, so he texted me when the work was complete with photos of the job. I really appreciated his prompt responses, work, and professionalism. He contacted me a few days later just to make sure that I was happy with the work and I thought very highly of that since not many contractors follow up with their customers once the work is complete.
