Target 44th St., Southwest in Wyoming. Thought I would run…read moreinto the store and get some shaving cream and I found this really cool comforter that was on sale. You don't find very many men's pattern comforters so I grabbed this one and promptly ran up to the checkout. So there are two people ahead of me in the checkout line. The first person had a cart load of groceries and of course there was something that wasn't scanning so we all waited for five minutes and nothing apparently got fixed. I finally asked the checkout person if she could call somebody else to open up another line. Another five minutes later, so this is a total of 10 minute standing in line with three people ahead of me by now there's five people behind me. Nobody else has coming up to open up any checkout lanes. Again, I asked the cashier is somebody coming only to get snapped at finally I asked for a manager and they said something about they only have so much staff and this is they're doing the best that they can why find this to be BS target can do better target has good products. Nice clean store but their customer service is very disappointing The sad thing is it doesn't ever seem to improve no matter what time of the day you're going to the store that's always gonna be a line and not enough cash register is open. I'm pretty much done with target

3rd Target today, and while it's the best in area, still failing at all points…read more 3 of six self check outs out of order. Your choice is huge cashier line or huge self check out line. So much time in lines!!! Out of all product I went to get again. Was listed in stock online but any employee was too busy to stop and help. 3 employees was all I saw, and 2 were chatting at register. Once again, management outside smoking because they were unavailable. Zero value. Store has nothing to offer you cant get 50 percent cheaper at Meijer. Unless you support the bare minimum a store could do, shop anywhere else.

It's already well known that…read moreyou don't need a receipt, but since this was a long dated gift, it helped me get the FULL RETAIL at the time of purchase (currently 8 months ago). You simply can't do that with Target or Walmart. Kohl's has always been a super clean store with amazingly helpful and knowledgeable staff. This is definitely a brand that should stick out in your mind. The prices are amazing, and to top it off they usually always have major discounts going on. Plus you get reward dollars that you can use in conjunction with these sales. So you can essentially grab a normally high priced item at well below sale prices elsewhere. Plus no pressure or stigma attached to your buying experience! KOHL'S ROCKS!

I think I had the same person wait on me as Jayden M had. She rang up my purchase of $10 (it was…read moreon sale) and deducted the $10 Kohls cash, but the total came up to $7.00. I told her the earrings were on sale for $10. She said no sale. When I said they were on sale and gave the info, she rang them again at $10 (no tax) minus the kohls cash and then THREW them at me. I just stood and looked at her. She said, 'what you want a bag'? I politely said, no and left. I realize it's hard to find good help these days, but really? They are jeopardizing their business with employees like this. Their merchandise is ridiculously priced and you can't use the 30% on everything. I don't shop there very often.

We only offer items that are Made in Michigan because we want to help the makers, studios, and artists do what they do best: create. We want to support our local economies and communities to be stronger together. Our first retail store began as an artisan gallery in the small beach community of Saugatuck. We gathered together a group of fellow Michigan artists who wanted to spend more time making art and less time selling. After a few years, we decided to expand our selection to include small batch hand-crafted gourmet foods, gifts, and apparel and tried a holiday pop up at Woodland Mall in Grand Rapids. The store was an immediate success and we realized there was a huge demand for well made, locally produced products. People love supporting local businesses, and we carefully curate our collection of goods to offer a unique collection of traditional favorites and new makers for you to discover. We have grown our collection of brick and mortar stores to include a year round store at Rivertown Crossings Mall in Grand Rapids and two summer seasonal stores in Saugatuck and Mackinaw City. We encourage you to Shop the Mitten and help us to empower the Michigan makers, creatives, growers, and producers to continue following their dreams and passions.

The associates are generally helpful, often taking time away from their task to point me in the right direction when I can't find something. I love using Site to Store, though the call button doesn't work and I need to walk across the vestibule sometimes to get someone to the counter. I'm sick of having people complain that it's closed when the sign clearly states they close at 9 PM! I've walked in so many different days where there's someone standing in a dark room whining that no one is helping them, at 10:30 or later! Customers feel so entitled these days... Last week I needed a key made ASAP and one of the sporting goods associates took me all the way to automotive so I could have one made. When it didn't fit the lock, they exchanged it for a new one, which worked perfectly. Right now they're remodeling to become a real super center, so it's a bit hectic. I wouldn't recommend going in on between 5 and 7 PM, because that seems to be when it's the most chaotic, with everyone shopping after work. Overall, other customers can be really rude and pushy, but for a WalMart it's pretty good. That and the only store in the area that can beat some of their prices is the Aldi's in Jenison, so that's awesome.

Nice old lady, but didn't know the policy. Another one who doesn't know the policy is assistant manager. I thought she's a manager melissa. I told her I'd be right back and she close the place early and told them they can't let people in. If she's gonna do that, she could've just told me I'd come back the next day. She really didn't wanna help me because she didn't know and that's good that's OK but it's to close the store up 10 minutes early. Come on now.
