The Kalamazoo store always puts customer service first at least when I have shopped there. But in Grand Rapids, it seems instead of waiting on customers they would rather a woman just stand there and mark things down then serve customers. And management seems to care less that people are frustrated and angry . Is this how a customer service base should be in this day and age? It is no wonder brick and mortar stores will eventually be nonexistent. I would much rather order from a store online then experience this. If I could read it a zero I would and that all falls on management it's not that employees working aren't working their tails off.

This location is pretty large and has a decent selection of basic clothes that I like to buy seasonally, including their luxe line of t-shirts and cute printed dresses. I've never really seen the store in disarray except for in the fitting room area, which is sort of awkwardly located in the middle of the store so there's not much space to wait in line. The employees working there have always been polite, and the long lines move quickly. I get a little annoyed with the constant badgering of "are you sure you don't want to sign up for emails / Old Navy credit card / etc." whenever I check out, but I know that's just part of working in retail.
