One star isn't low enough! Sean, the GM, was very rude and inconsiderate of me and my 3 younger kids. I'm a Mexican single mom who was just looking for a cheap price and a good atmosphere. I only kind of got good prices. The place is a mess and is never organized! And what felt like as soon as I walked in, Sean and his team of racists were watching my every move. I felt so uncomfortable at one point because I could clearly hear an employee who was watching me make a comment into the walkie, saying I haven't done anything yet. It's a nice store to get so many things for the kitchen, bath or my little dogs. I love shopping at this store since it's very similar to TJMax store back in Chicago. I ended up getting some great body lotion, face serum and face mask. Great prices on most of their items. Good and fast service. read more

Marshalls and its sister store across the street, Home Goods, are both places where I shop mainly to take advantage of the food clearance section, which is limited. Sometimes I end up buying nothing. This time I found two boxes of tea marked down to $2 each, so I bought them. I haven't tried them yet, so I can't comment on the tea, but the price was good and the cashier friendly. read more

Management is terrible, there's so much product that putting back an item i didn't want was an issue. Management kept on switching up the store making the store more confusing and overall you should just go to the tjmax down the road. It's 100% more cleaner and you could find the stuff you want a lot quicker because it's a lot better of an environment than here. I use to actually love shopping at this Marshall's. The Customer Service is a 1/10 now. Almost every point of contact down to the dressing room attendants fell below short of being remotely friendly. In fact they were rude....I will go out of my way to now avoid this store. Very disappointing. read more

After multiple disruptive shopping experiences because of mothers letting their children run around yelling and screaming; I spoke to the manger who said employees are told to never approach customers due to safety concerns. If the manager is concerned about safety, clearly this is an unsafe store...aside from just being unpleasant to be in. If the store will approach customer for not wearing a mask, then they should approach customers who are disruptive or have disruptive children. read more

It's time to set the record straight... I think Marshalls definitely deserves 5 stars! I grew up in Phoenix, and my mom started taking me to Marshalls before I knew the meaning of discount retailers. At Marshalls you can find many things you can find in department stores for much, much less... They have numerous designer brands (Ralph Lauren, Max Studio, Calvin Klein, Liz Clairborne, and more)- for a fraction of department store prices, and their clearance section offers the best values. Marshalls offers a wide variety of merchandise (clothes for men, women, and children, shoes, hosiery, lingerie, skin care items, home items and more). It's also a lot more upscale than Ross. I was just here the other day and I got a set of wine glasses that are normally $12 a piece on Amazon.com for only $4 each. If you're looking for sheets or comforters, this is a great place to get them. I also recently got a cream colored Calvin Klein queen sized sheet set here for $40! The trick to finding what you're looking for at Marshalls is that you have to come on a regular basis, as the selection always varies. It's owned by the same company that owns Home Goods and TJ Maxx. So, you can find similar merchandise in the three stores, with the exception that Home Goods only carries home merchandise. I also recommend the TJ Maxx on Oracle and Orange Grove. read more

What to say..... Hmmm well first and foremost this place is what it is... Simple, no-frills, cheap and full of variety... From clothes to luggage to cell phone covers for out of date cell phones.... Why do I come here??? Not a better place for cheap undershirts/drawrs....not to mention if you are looking for cologne or perfume they have lots and it is always totally marked down ... I have been a devoted Marshall shopper and TJ Maxx shopper for many years. I am disappointed in the second rate clothing that now appears in both these stores. I detest going to malls, they overwhelm me. But always loved both these stores for all my needs. They still have the wonderful gourmet food section which TJ doesn't have at the Tucson location. I know they are all under the same umbrella. I feel something has changed. Hoping management might hear my appeal to having more name brands that are upscale with your discount prices. read more

This one is similar to the Marshalls on Irvington. The store is similar size, and less organized than the other location. The shoe selection is sad. However, I did spot a pair of Marc by Marc Jacobs pumps for $30. read more

I looked at stores all over the city for a purse that could carry my laptop easily. I couldn't find such a thing anywhere. Then I wandered into Marshalls and this was basically a section in the purse area! I found exactly what I was looking for for a good price. The selection of other items, shoes, clothes, luggage etc... also appeared really good. I shall return. read more

Ever since my shoe-lovin' self can remember, I have been a fan of Marshalls. I love all things discounted. Today was my first visit to this location since moving to Tucson. Marshalls usually has a great selection of shoes but this one was kind of lacking. Even still, I had no problem taking home a new pair of friends for my feet. The store was surprisingly organized -- sometimes this type of store can look like a natural disaster occurred. My one complaint was that I was constantly dodging rogue shopping carts while navigating the aisles (with my own shopping cart). It's really annoying to have to push abandoned carts out of the way in just about every aisle you encounter. It was fun trying to make my way to the fitting room, like some kind of twisted dept store maze. Anyhow, a great experience overall. I would drive the extra few miles to visit this Marshalls over the Ross dept store in my neighborhood any day! read more

It's a Marshalls, so everything is pretty standard. The cologne section has nicer stock than their competitor, the guy at the cashier is probably the best cashier I've seen in Tucson, & this location shares a lot w/ a Trader Joe's. Not really sure how to elaborate on a Marshalls hahaa This is the better location in Tucson, & it's damn near spotless; I would suggest this location over the others. read more

I shop at this store all the time and spend hundreds of dollars a year here but had an awful experience when returning merchandise recently. The store clerk was very unfriendly and made me feel like a thief when returning my clothes that did not fit never saying one thing to me and remained unsmiling throughout the whole transaction. If you do not enjoy your job you should not be in a job that requires excellent customer service to ensure return visitors. I do not want to feel this way ever again and feel very disappointed in a store that I visited alot. read more

This (possibly all?) Marshalls has a horrible discount policy. They refused a discount on a dress that was ripped at the seams and has stains on it. I loved the dress, but I was really disappointed by their refusal to discount. They said "fix it yourself" and if you can't, return it. I thought it rude and ridiculous, when I said so, they said they could give me an .80 discount with no return option. Seriously? That's insane. I found I get worse customer service here than any other store, and the managers push that mentality onto the other employees. Really sad. No longer shopping here anymore. read more

Online sites are horrible, way to hard to navigate, was just wanting to see if they had coasters, and never found even the simple ability to search.
