As a previous customer stated, the Jeep Dealer told me I needed to replace the entire panoramic…read moreroof on my 2012 Jeep Liberty which would cost between $3,500-$5,000, 3 years ago in 2017. I was also told by the dealer that I had to wait for parts to come in to fix the roof, I waited and waited and still no parts arrived for them to repair my roof. After about 6 months I was told that the manufacturer who makes the parts are not making them anymore and they don't know how long it would take to find another manufacturer if any at all to get parts from. I was a little frustrated with them because I waited so long for no results. That's when I did a quick Google search and found Steve's Auto in Burlington, an hour away. Steve told me to bring the car in and he would take a look at it. He checked it out for me and told me to leave the vehicle and he would order parts and try to get it fixed, but to no avail I had to pick up the vehicle back up and bring it home the same way because Steve could not find the parts either. But unlike the Dealer Steve kept looking for me and found the parts one by one until he had them all. So to keep a long story short my roof is working well and I was not charged an Arm and a Leg for the parts and labor. If you want professional and reasonable service, I highly recommend Steve's Auto Interior and Sunroof in Burlington, NJ

I took my car here to see how much it would cost to repair my power steering. They had me drop it…read moreoff & I picked it up like 4 hours later. When he called me to pick it up he told me I was being charged $50 & I couldn't pick my car up until I paid the $50. Not only should he have told me about the charges prior to doing whatever "testing" he did, but he was EXTREMELY unprofessional arguing with me about the charge both over the phone and in his shop in front of a customer. 10 of the $50 was for power steering fluid, but there was not a DROP of PSF in the reservoir & it was half full when I dropped it off. Also, there's now a piece of fabric hanging from the bottom of my car. It doesn't even look like they wiped anything down in order to find the leak. What a scam. Also - let it be known - being charged $20 would have been fine (for the labor) but $50 is ridiculous.

I was not looking for a miracle on a Saturday afternoon but happy they were open to at least get the car there. He hooked up to computer and there was no communication. At this point I was ok with waiting until Monday. They pulled into shop while I was waiting for a ride. They found a blown fuse. While trying to replace it, found wires shorting out on my engine block. They replaced small section of wire. Replaced the fuse. Cleared the error. And boom. Problem solved. They just saved me $600+ for a new computer that wasn't needed. These guys could have waited until Monday but went right to work and got me out of there. They won my trust and will go back to them even if they aren't right around the corner from home.

Nobles Automotive: 9-Year, $42,000+ Relationship Ended with Hostility…read more Nobles just threw away a 9-year, $42k relationship by having a staff member aggressively tear up my work order and tell me 'don't come back' after failing to honor an appointment. I scheduled this service a week ago for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma work truck. Because I no longer live in Haddonfield full-time, I drove over an hour and stayed the night specifically to ensure the truck was there for its Thursday slot. The same person who set the appointment called me THIS MORNING to confirm the work was on schedule. I arrived at 4:45 PM only to find my truck hadn't moved. Instead of an apology for the massive logistical inconvenience and broken promise, the representative was dismissive and rude. When I stated I would be leaving a review about this poor service, he became hostile, deliberately tore up the paperwork in front of another customer, and told a decade-long client to never return. Between my personal vehicles ($17,000) and my crew's vehicles ($25,000), we have been the definition of loyal customers. To be met with this level of unprofessionalism and a total lack of accountability is a massive red flag. If they treat a $42,000 client like garbage, they will certainly do the same to you. A shop is only as good as its word and its management; unfortunately, Nobles has lost both. We are taking our fleet elsewhere.

I had a mixed experience here with my 2011 Honda Civic Si…read more I'll give credit where it's due. They accommodated my tight schedule and completed my oil change and tire rotation quickly, which I genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, the communication and overall experience left me disappointed. There was confusion regarding my vehicle's mileage, with approximately 184,000 being referenced when the display appeared to be showing kilometers rather than miles. I also brought up an ongoing oil-consumption issue that another shop had already measured at approximately one quart every 2,000 miles. Instead of getting much guidance on potential diagnostic options or their costs, I felt my concerns were largely dismissed and was told to take the vehicle to Honda. I understand that not every repair shop specializes in internal engine diagnostics, and I don't expect anyone to diagnose a problem without performing the necessary testing. However, I do expect clear communication and a willingness to explain the available options. While I appreciated the quick turnaround, the overall interaction didn't leave me confident about returning for future mechanical work.
