As many other college students have stated in this review section, Quality Towing isn't responsible for the absolute mess that is parking on Rowan's campus. I get that. However, the man working was so absurdly rude I almost couldn't believe it. He forgot to mention they were a cash only business which whatever. He then launched into a tirade about how maybe if I'd been calmer on the phone I would've heard him the first time. After reading the other reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience as they obviously have an issue with showing respect to younger, college aged girls. I asked my Uber driver to stay until I was finished, I felt that unsafe around the one man. I've never been talked to so poorly by an adult man in all my life. I will be calling Rowan & Nexus as soon as possible as I feel unsafe as a Rowan student & employee sending other students to have to deal with this man. Unfortunately, I've had some issues with my car not starting several times in the last few months. My insurance company uses Quality Towing, NJ for roadside assistance, and I have been matched with them each time. These guys are very professional, they always arrive much quicker than the ETA, and they are all very pleasant and courteous. The first person I met was Wayne, the second time it was Joe, the third time it was Lee, and today it was Greg who came out to tow my vehicle. All the guys have been very friendly and courteous. I have to give a special shout out to GREG though - today was really stressful and he was a godsend. He came out in this terrible weather and had such a great attitude. Greg was so kind, so helpful, and so calming. I hope I don't have anymore car issues but if I do, I better be matched with Quality Towing. Thanks guys! You all are awesome!! read more

Today I had an issue with my truck not starting. I got in touch with quality towing NJ, out of Sewell. Luckily for me, they quickly dispatched Russel to tow my truck to my mechanic. Russel was early and very professional. He made easy work out of what would have been a difficult job for me. I recently got my car towed (my own fault i definitely will admit) but whatever man I talked to on the phone was so unbelievably mean to me. he all but cursed me out when I asked if he could send me the invoice. told me he didn't understand what I was trying to do by getting it 'lady'. I told him i was a college student and i need to get emergency assistance to pay the fine, and to do so i need to show evidence of the price and that my car is there. he (very aggressively i might add) told me that i can get the receipt with the price AFTER i pay and get the receipt. told me that i should know im not allowed to park there EVER. he yelled at me as though it was a personal offense to him and i've never had someone speak so unprofessionally and degradingly to me. he made me so uncomfortable that i actually felt unsafe and quite humiliated going to pay the invoice and had a family member do it for me. i understand that the fault was mine for getting it towed, but there is no reason for someone to talk in such an unkind way to a customer, especially a young college girl. i'm just trying to make ends meet and a mistake shouldn't make me feel like i'm being publicly humiliated by someone i'm literally paying. i definitely shouldn't feel so anxious about speaking to someone that i need another person to accompany me. i was absolutely horrified at the idea of him driving me to my car and i was afraid that he would be aggressive with me when it was only the two of us in the car. the woman who worked the desk however, was so so sweet and helpful i really appreciated her. she was really conversational and made me feel comfortable. besides that, my car was well taken care of and i didn't have any issues. read more

Horrible experience. This company is taking advantage of the Rowan University students who do not have an adult to guide them through this process. My daughter parked illegally in a lot designated for residents in an HOA community. That's on her. Should her car have been towed? Yes. What should not have happened is the additional charges which they imposed which are not displayed anywhere on the sign posted in the lot. My daughter's car was towed at 9:08 pm. She picked it up at 11:31 AM the next morning. The sign clearly states that she would be charged $225 for towing and $45 for storage. That's $270. Upon pick up however, she was told that it was $395.96, cash only. When I called to inquire about the additional $100 I was told there was an additional $45 fee because it was an all-wheel drive vehicle and had to be placed on a flat bed. $270 plus $45 is $315, still not the $395.96 that they were charging us. When I inquired about that I was then told that you are charged for a full day at 12 am. My daughter's car was in their lot at 12 am but was gone by 11 am the next morning. Why was she charged for two full days? I believe that this company has a contract with the HOA community where the car was towed from. I also believe that the company is pocketing extra money that they are charging young, inexperienced Rowan students who do not have an adult to accompany them and help them navigate through this process. Shame on you and I hope that moving forward this HOA community looks to contract with an honest company. read more

Absolute garbage company. My insurance provider linked me to them for towing assistance and gave them a wrong address. I called the company and gave them the correct address. I was told I was going to be charged more. called my insurance company just to ask a few questions, and then they conferenced the tow company in. The driver cursed us out and said he's not coming and that he doesn't have time. Then, I call the company again to see if they're sending another driver and I was told they were. Called my insurance company back and they said this company actually cancelled the tow request and aren't coming. Bunch of loser cowards. Didn't even have the manhood to say they're not coming. Baby man truck driver couldn't handle an honest question as to why I would be charged more. Gutless wimps. read more

My wife's car broke down in a lot it couldn't stay in (we take full responsibility for that) She called to make sure it was at their lot, the man said yes, she asked what to do if her car wouldn't start because it was broken down, and he said it would need to be towed. The man proceeded to call back just to tell my wife she had been towed before and that she "should have known." When she went to pick it up the man showed my wife to her car and when she was walking to it I could hear him loudly talking about her to his staff. When her car wouldn't start in the lot and she was crying, the staff was staring at her, and when she asked why they were staring they proceeded to yell and say "well we're just trying to help," no one was moving they were just staring. They then proceeded to say "well we can't leave until you get your car out of here." They were absolutely awful to her, it truly is so sad that they couldn't just be kind when they know being towed is already difficult, especially when they knew from the start that her car might not turn on. read more

If I could give them a zero I would! Geico setup a tow for motorcycle and I should have looked at reviews before this all went down...Quality Towing towed my $10,000 motorcycle to local shop and left the bike with the key in the ignition in the lot without ever going in and informing the service department that he was leaving it. When I called Quality Towing to inform them of the situation the gentlemen who answered the phone became confrontational and I ended the conversation by saying goodbye. Then he had the nerve to call me back, again angrily arguing with me and then he politely told me to "go f*ck yourself." Real classy business. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY, there are plenty of reasonable tow companies in the area, do the research. I called Them when my truck broke down on Sicklerville road. They quoted me a price and I told them I would leave money in truck. I called back told him I decided to wait for them, they didn't come at all. Left me and my worker on the side of the road and I told him we were in traffic. He never called back to cancel. My car overheated and was leaking coolant. Pual from Quality Towing came to tow my car. He arrived timely and was very profession. He gave me an envelope to fill out with my information and place my keys in. He dropped my car off at the auto repair shop I use and gave them the keys and and envelope which I noted the cars problem. I didn't have to follow him to the repair shop.
