The most disorganized Marshalls I've ever been to. It's up there with the Bergen Town Center and Riverside (Madison/Arlington), CA locations. The clothes that are on the actual racks aren't organized well. On several visits, I was belabored by disorganization in my quest for Calvin Klein crew necks. During my last visit, I was on the hunt for a decent fleece. I wasn't expecting to find North Face, but I was hoping for more than High Sierra. I left without a fleece but I did find a good deal on dress socks and I was finally able to locate a pack of Calvin Klein crew necks, size large. And don't think the mess is due to it being close to Christmas. I've shopped here in the summer and came across the same amount of disorganization. The only difference between holiday and non-holiday season is the amount of associates at the cash wrap. And that's this store's saving grace; you won't wait in line for long. But boy is it a mess...

While shopping in this store today, I suddenly screamed in pain something stuck in my foot. My daughter came running over what happen I couldn't respond right away from pain. A few minutes later a realized there was a sensor pin stuck in my foot. My daughter called for the store manager the whole time I'm watching with my foot bleeding they going back and forth what do the customer want. I held up my hands and said I want you right here. Someone on the register answered I'm coming. The lady comes over fixing the carts barely making eye contact with me. I say are you the manager umm yes I am one of the managers your name please Vicki. Okay, Vicki there is a sensor stuck in my shoe it went through my foot. Are you bleeding yes: you want a bandaid and alcohol, yes only to not have any. I left the store after 5 minutes of looking for the store number. We get out in the doorway the employee are in a huddle laughing and talking about my injury. The tall black guy was literally mimicking me calling for the manager by waving his hands in the air saying look at me everybody look at me over here. The didn't realized we had walked back in the store and was watching them. SHAME ON YOU MARSHALS. Is this the way you train management to deal with sensitive issue. I have been shopping at Marshals for over 25 years this disgusted me. The lack of dis concern Vicki showed, letting her staff make fun of a terrible incident out in front where other shopper can over hear. The staff in linden need some training and reorganization.

Our…read morebrother recently passed away, and we have been trying to contact the store for over a week with no success. I live in California, my sister lives in Florida, and we both had to go to the store in person just to try to get answers. We went to the store to return our brother's work equipment and to speak with a manager regarding whether he had any benefits or life insurance through Walmart that could help with funeral arrangements. We repeatedly asked to speak with a store manager. Instead, we were first sent a team lead, and when we asked again, a coach came out. When we explained the situation--that our brother had passed away, that we were his family, and that we needed help confirming his benefits--the coach was dismissive and unwilling to assist. We were simply told that "his emergency contact was contacted" and nothing more. No empathy, no guidance, and no effort to help us understand the process or confirm whether life insurance exists. We were told he does have insurance, but no one would help us verify this or connect us with the store manager who could actually assist. This was an incredibly frustrating and painful experience during an already devastating time. The lack of compassion, accountability, and basic assistance was unacceptable. Families dealing with loss should not be treated this way or forced to jump through endless hoops just to get information.

When I went to the cashier (btw only two open with long lines) the cashier rung me up and said "That'll be $16" I said that's not right I saw them for $1.50 even showed him a picture I took (that I was going to send to my friend) of the prices being $1.50. He scanned them and he said "No they're $8" I said "it said $1.50" he called his manager, while another worker joins and is just standing behind him looking at me, and said "SHE'S saying these socks are $1.50" so rude to say that as I just read the tag I didn't demand them to be $1.50 or anything. The manager was so rude with an attitude said "No way" scanned it and said they're $8 while not looking at me the whole time. I said that whole section said it's $1.50, showed her the picture, and while still not looking at me said they are never $1.50. I would understand if someone put them in a wrong spot or something but THE WHOLE SECTION! The manager was completely unprofessional with how she handled it not even apologizing or even tried to honor the price that it was put up for. I just walked out without anything because they were all completely rude and not helpful. Never doing business at target again because of this rudeness and disorganization.

Closeouts, closeouts, and, oh yeah, more closeouts!…read more It's clear that this store has been around for a long time, and is still doing well. The first time I was here was when I was a toddler in the 90s, and now I'm old enough to see what they have, and yes I've been here a few times. This store has a huge clothing section, and limited selections of pajamas, slippers, undergarments, luggage, bath towels, table cloths, kitchen supplies, and shower curtains. Most of the areas were very organized, but the kitchen supply area was a little messy. But then again, I don't come here for that. So what do I come here for? It depends, but usually it's for pajamas, table cloths, and shower curtains. But I don't get all of them in one visit. Sure, I can get those anywhere, but why here? REALLY LOW PRICES. Other stores would charge higher for these items, including Wal*Mart, but because these are closeouts, you won't expect to spend A LOT on just one item. Regardless of brands and low pricing, I've never had a major issue with anything that I got here. Keep in mind that because this is a closeout store, what they have on the shelves and racks is all they've got. During my recent visit, I needed to see if they had any short-sleeved pajamas as mine were getting close to being worn out. But all I saw were the winter ones, and when I asked to see if they had any, they politely told me that what they receive and stock is all they've got. I was disappointed, but I understood. Maybe they'll have it next time or something. But I didn't walk out empty-handed though. I was able to get a new table cloth at a cool price since my old one was just way too out-dated. Customer service is always fine. Overall it's a really fine store. I will always stop here whenever I'm in the area, particularly when I'm coming back from Ikea or Jersey Gardens Mall via US 1 & 9.
