Target was a smooth and easy today. They have new hours as most places do. Got what I needed, got out with no problems.

I haven't been here in over 5 years. I just moved to the area and this was the closest location. I came here to do a return and two ppl (one who looked like a leader) couldn't process the return. They had to call customer service. I used to work for target and never had to do that as a manager. The staff looked very helpless and nonchalant. Their frozen section was blocked off with tape???? Like I will never go back to this location for real shopping. I spent 30 min trying to return an online order and quite frankly the place looks horrible

This is the Walmart of Targets. I've never seen a Target whose items are perpetually out of stock. Everyday looks like a Black Friday sale here. It sucks to have drive 25mins to the next town when I have a Target literally 5 mins away. Management should be ashamed.

Entire store is dirty people that work the they just don't care but the bathrooms are something else. I called 2 weeks ago complained about the condition of the bathrooms, they said they will fix it and I went back again today and it's been worse that before. I I couldn't believe it . Disgusting,dirty bathrooms, with Unfleshed stalls. It looked like a third word country place . The management should be ashamed if themselves !!!! Somebody should take responsibility and get fired, they just gave me a lame excuse again when I brought it to their attention. This is a family place for God sakes and start taking care of it like you supposed to ! I'm definitely not going there any more, if thats how they keep their front public bathrooms imagine what's happening in the back?!!! 2 out 5 stalls clogged, one out of order , the other does even lock.... great jobDisgusting ! Shame on u !!!

Completely unacceptable. From now on I will have to check packages at check-out so I don't have to deal with this again.

They just came to make a delivery to my neighbor's house this morning. I called the number written on the truck and talked to a lady that said would put me in contact with someone and it's been over an hour and no one called me back yet. If I was to buy something from them and at this point that is definitely out of the question all I know is that delivery team supervisor and it goes all the way back to the owner sucks. As written in the other bad review, stay away from the store. I'm not even a customer and they made my day bad. I wish I could give less than one star that would be great.

I'm somewhat in the market for a bedroom set and my initial goal was to go to "Ashley Furniture" however I ran across this store first and decided to stop. When I first walked in, I was greeted by a nice gentleman with glasses whom was dealing with other customers first- so I was surprised (and happy) that he went out his way to greet me as this goes a long way. As I went further into the store, I was greeted by another nice gentleman named "Rick". Although he is one of the sales person's there, I didn't feel pressured to make a decision on the spot or buy something in the store. This is actually the type of customer service I prefer. As I walked around the store, he would periodically ask me if I had any questions and make sure all concerns were addressed. The one thing that I did not like however, there was an older gentleman with blueish/ grey looking eyes whom when I first walked pass- I thought he was with a group of ladies as he didn't say anything and looked bored. As I was sitting on the furniture and taking pictures, he walked over and asked me if I had questions. When I told him I wasn't looking for help or buying anything- he walked away and acted someone disappointed. When I walked out the store and said "Goodbye"- he smiled but said nothing. It just made it seem like if he couldn't get a sale from me- he wasn't really interested in helping. Overall, pretty decent store and I would more than likely come back and gladly deal with Rick- he was very genuine and whom I would recommend.

I told him exactly what I needed and he pointed me in the right direction. Tip: have an idea of what you want, it saves time, money and less buttery sweet talk...LOL. I personally appreciated Barry because he knew my budget and helped me stay within my means. He didn't bombard me with buttery sweet talk. Make time to shop for at least 3hrs from start to finish. UPDATE... It's been more than 30 days and I still DO NOT have my furniture. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. What I am learning, speaking to the store manager is, some of the items I ordered were out of stock. Nobody shared this information with me. The salesperson should have told me so I could have made a decision to place the order or not. In addition, some of my items are at the warehouse however because all my items are not at the warehouse I do not have a shipping date. I'm not sure if corporate office reads Yelp reviews but I'm surely going to write them a nice memo regarding this matter. Another thing I am not pleased with during this ordeal is the amount of time it takes for someone to answer the phone at the store or customer service, going to the store in person gets better results.

This is one of those if I could give 0 stars I would reviews. Purchased four standard radiator…read morecovers over the phone that didn't fit (total just shy of $900). I called to make sure I could return or exchange them and provided the sale date and invoice number. I was informed of a restocking fee if no longer in paper (they weren't) and that covers must be in good condition and never used (check & check). Fast forward to today and my attempt to exchange. Initially I was told I can't exchange them because the covers were "damaged." Then told I could exchange for half store credit (to cover costs of refinishing). When I gave the sizing I needed, I was told I would need custom covers for more than double the price (but still get that very generous half credit because, you know, they wanted to do me a favor). When I declined an exchange, it then became 25% store credit of the price because the covers "can't be resold." But they felt bad for me so would do me a favor of still allowing a return. What in the used car salesman is going on at this place? After multiple attempts to escalate to management, I had the displeasure of speaking with owner Mike Rubino, who was as sarcastic as he was unhelpful. While informing me that the radiator covers could now "only be scrap metal," he said the store employee was covering a 25% refund out of his own pockets. Look if you want to steal people's money, just say that. A restocking fee and even refinishing fee is understandable. Keeping people's money just because you feel you can is, well, clearly not.
