There's two trunks; one in the front and one at the rear. Just a crazy car. The other Tesla next to it had a 360 camera that activates even while the car is locked. You can literally spend the whole day here because of all the stores, restaurants, and theatre. I give it four stars because the place could be a little neater and not have the parking lot littered with trash. All in all, not a bad place to go to if you want to do some shopping without driving far.

The first time I was here was when I was a toddler in the 90s, and now I'm old enough to see what they have, and yes I've been here a few times. This store has a huge clothing section, and limited selections of pajamas, slippers, undergarments, luggage, bath towels, table cloths, kitchen supplies, and shower curtains. Most of the areas were very organized, but the kitchen supply area was a little messy. But then again, I don't come here for that. So what do I come here for? It depends, but usually it's for pajamas, table cloths, and shower curtains. But I don't get all of them in one visit. Sure, I can get those anywhere, but why here? REALLY LOW PRICES. Other stores would charge higher for these items, including Wal*Mart, but because these are closeouts, you won't expect to spend A LOT on just one item. Regardless of brands and low pricing, I've never had a major issue with anything that I got here. Keep in mind that because this is a closeout store, what they have on the shelves and racks is all they've got. During my recent visit, I needed to see if they had any short-sleeved pajamas as mine were getting close to being worn out. But all I saw were the winter ones, and when I asked to see if they had any, they politely told me that what they receive and stock is all they've got. I was disappointed, but I understood. Maybe they'll have it next time or something. But I didn't walk out empty-handed though. I was able to get a new table cloth at a cool price since my old one was just way too out-dated. Customer service is always fine. Overall it's a really fine store. I will always stop here whenever I'm in the area, particularly when I'm coming back from Ikea or Jersey Gardens Mall via US 1 & 9.

I live in California, my sister lives in Florida, and we both had to go to the store in person just to try to get answers. We went to the store to return our brother's work equipment and to speak with a manager regarding whether he had any benefits or life insurance through Walmart that could help with funeral arrangements. We repeatedly asked to speak with a store manager. Instead, we were first sent a team lead, and when we asked again, a coach came out. When we explained the situation--that our brother had passed away, that we were his family, and that we needed help confirming his benefits--the coach was dismissive and unwilling to assist. We were simply told that "his emergency contact was contacted" and nothing more. No empathy, no guidance, and no effort to help us understand the process or confirm whether life insurance exists. We were told he does have insurance, but no one would help us verify this or connect us with the store manager who could actually assist. This was an incredibly frustrating and painful experience during an already devastating time. The lack of compassion, accountability, and basic assistance was unacceptable. Families dealing with loss should not be treated this way or forced to jump through endless hoops just to get information.

They had signage above holiday merchandise that read "ADDITIONAL 25% OFF" but then said the ticketed prices were the final prices. Several of us shopping let them know that wouldn't be "additional" then. The employee at the register asked "so we're supposed to give you all an ADDITIONAL 25% off?" Well, yes. That's what the sign says. Other times I've been here, their restroom is very dirty and not maintained. The clothes are frequently in disarray with so many pieces hanging on one rack you can't slide hangers over to shop the items. Many broken home goods items left on shelves. The primary issue though is the unprofessional employees. While the lines are slow, I would be more inclined to visit the location if the employees acted like they worked customer service rather than talking to people like they work at Rikers Island.
