Not the greatest customer service, he really needs to stop saying that comment assuming like the customers are dumb and don't know he works there. I actually like this location even though it's in San Bernardino. No disrespect to those who live in San Bernardino but it's not in the best part of San Bernardino. I was able to find some really great items. And got some really great deals on them. I can't speak for those about the restrooms. I am that weirdo that just doesn't use public restrooms. If I have to go I just hold it until I get home. But in all honestly, i'm not gonna mark down a clothing store for having a dirty restroom. I will tell you that their dressing rooms were immaculate. 1st Marshall's store number 0269 has some of the dirtiest bathrooms. 2nd My cashier was clearly worried about going on her break. 3rd The same cashier forgot to put my wrapping paper that I purchased and was charged for in my bag. So I got home, 2 hours from this store, and it was not there. Super disappointing and annoying. I called to let them know and I said the "cashier forgot" and he(the manager) corrected me to "you forgot your wrapping paper". Super unhelpful. And I'm pretty upset to get home and have to drive and re purchase paper since Marshall's stores don't all work together. Zero stars is more realistic. read more

Being located in San Bernardino this might keep the polite crowd away, but over the years I have scored some finds in the ghetto. The area is sketchy, but if you can handle that, take your chances on obtainng something special. In the past I found the kitchen section to be my highest yield for good quality pots and pans, as well as knick knacks. Since the opening of a Marshall's in Redlands, I have marked a decline in the top name brand stock of stores in less affluent zip codes. read more

After reading Foodie F.'s review of the Chino Hills location, I thought I'd take a chance with this location to scout out that cast iron skillet pan for deep dish pizza, and SCORE! There it was on the shelf next to a giant one. But I found it AFTER I went bizzerk in the shoe section. Another SCORE! This place had multiple pairs of great shoes in my size (e.g. freakishly small). So I adopted several. If I post my pics successfully, you will see those who were willing to pose. I also picked up some nice shirts for work. Took awhile to get through the cash register because the associate was trying to multi-task (answer phones, looking through layaways, give someone a bag, ask who's dog is that?!). She didn't do it so well and it was a little annoying, but worth it because of the excellent prices. Fantastic first trip to this location. I will be back! read more

This Marshalls is by far the best customer service I've received from ANY business in a loooooong time. I almost forgot what it was like to be treated kindly and feel comfortable with employees of a business I visited! The woman in the dressing room area was very pleasant and the woman at the register was very apologetic for the long wait (it was maybe 5 minutes tops so I wasn't bothered at all) and very kind. I recently visited another Marshalls that did have more of a selection but I seemed to find exactly what I was looking for at this location better! (Btw the other Marshalls was also great customer service. They know what's up!) I've worked in customer service for 8 years (and counting) so I have expectations as I know how it goes and they definitely hired great staff. read more

If I could put zero star I would but I have to put one I have no choice. First of I got to the register and she goes take your stuff out of the bag which doesn't make a difference she's going to end up touching the clothes, next off she preceded to give me attitude I needed to exchange and she told me she couldn't exchange she needs to do a return and I have to buy them until I forced her to do it I bought an extra thing so I needed to pay cash and I gave her $50 bill and I had cents to give her and she's like it's to late I'm like no it's not so she does it she was getting frustrated things weren't going her way. I then told her after I was done "whoever hired you was high" and she got upset I them go to her manager I told her maybe you should work things out with her or she's probably having a rough day she works there to serve me at the end of the day thank you read more

Clean and organized. I've been here a few times and each time the store has been well lighted and clean. I gave it only 4 stars due to pricing being a little more than I'd like to see on some items. That's not a knock on this store specifically that's just Marshals. Staff has also been friendly and helpful. Sure, the location of the store is not Redlands or Rancho Cucamonga, but it's a great store for the local community and worth supporting if you're in the area. Do not shop at the Marshall's store in San Bernardino if you want to be treated with respect. My husband who is recovering from major spinal surgery and wears a neck brace needs assistance to try on some much-needed clothes for the holidays. He and I were in the male handicapped dressing room, when the manager, Richard Perez, knocked on the dressing room door and rudely ordered me to leave. I told him that my husband needs assistance because the neck brace restricts his movements. Richard Perez ordered me to leave the private dressing room without explanation. When I asked if I could stay to help, he was belligerent and disrespectful toward me, yelling, "You need to leave now!" We are both 70 years old and were confused by his aggressive behavior. It would have been better if he had explained why I could not stay instead of immediately becoming hostile. I will not be shopping at Marshal's in the future and will discourage others from doing so. Richard Perez clearly does not like his customers. Marshall's needs to train their managers especially in regards to emotional maturity, common courtesy and to the treatment of the handicapped. read more

Terrible.. I had an item on law away. Just so happen when I go to purchase more things and payoff the layaway they had the same shoe only the correct size. Due to policy they couldn't swap them out. So everything I just purchased, I refunded. I was in the area and decided to stop by since I was looking for shoes for work since the Marshalls in my area is the only one and its everyone's favorite stop for good finds!! Alright So the SB Marshalls... the aisles are well maintained, everything is where they should be I didn't have a problem looking or finding stuff I scored on some cute sandals, shorts for my daughter, pj's for me and some other house stuff and no shoes for work but hey I found some cute sandals. Well it wasn't until I had to use the restroom, the Lady's room is awfully unsanitary!! 1. No seat covers 2. One roll of toilet paper that was used up by me to use as seat cover etc. 3. No hand soap and lastly the floors were filthy as if someone had showered in there they were muddy looking, the sink looked like no one has cleaned it for month just gross oh and there isn't a hook or something to hold your purse but the thing that opens the door! I had to tell an associate to bring these things to the restroom when I was done and there was a line waiting to use the restroom very inconvenient as they only have 1 restroom. So make sure you bring hand sanitizer when you're at the SB Marshalls!! read more

A little on the dirty side but there is a good selection of women and baby clothes. Honestly good for christmas shopping. Its a little crowded at times but I find alot of good deals. I defenitly have to go when I have a few houes to spare. You cant just walk in and walk out but overall its a good store just needs some better restroom attending! read more
