They seems to keep the place clean and organized. You can buy anything from workout equipment to brooms; clothes, makeup, hair products, lingerie, kids toys, kitchenware, snacks, candles, shoes, portraits, bedding, and just about anything you could possible need to cloth your self with, stay fit, or decorate your house with. I was very close to purchasing it but I noticed it had some flaws, so I didn't end up going home with it. This location has a lot of inventory, noticeably more than many other locations. It took quite a while to check out but I was comfortable waiting. The person at the checkout had trouble figuring out how much change to give me, no big deal. I left the store and realized I bought the wrong skirt for my daughter after calling her on FaceTime so I went to exchange it. i was told I couldn't because I didn't have the receipt. I said it was suppose to be emailed to me, but it wasn't sent. The person I was talking to about the return was the same person who sold me the item originally. I told them I was literally here 10 minutes ago and spoke to you. They told me to call customer service because there was nothing they could do and they apologized for not sending the email. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. It's hard to explain the frustration of turning around to exchange an item and receiving no help from staff and management when the mistake was their own fault. They said they were sorry for not sending the receipt, but there was nothing to be done. What kind of business runs things this way? They made no attempt to rectify the situation. I wouldn't ever shop here again.

They also have regular sales that make them competitive with other women's clothing stores. Their clothes are classics and the quality is consistently high. So 5 stars for Talbots!
