True, but I find myself there at least once a weekend, more often with a list. The cashiers we "know" always say hello and it's nice to be recognized when you spent your cash. Returns are almost absurdly easy (sometimes there is a line) and the Men's clothing has improved. The only issues are, unlike the "old" stores, there is no real people that work in a set department with some cross-training. Language barriers are hard to get past at times. All in all, not the Monster that people like to bag on, I've been going for many years and have zero issues.

Walked in and immediately wondered why I don't visit this place more often. They have everything you'll ever need, including Swedish goggles from the original Swedish company, packaged in Swedish language no less. That was impressive to see. (I ended up buying the Speedo version.) As an added bonus they have autographed memorabilia from notable swimmers on the walls, along with inspirational swimming posters you don't see anywhere else; sort of like a shrine to swimming. Cool place.
