I Asphandiar Wadiwalla is The National/International Director of 4 International Women Empowerment Platforms and take part in the International Events since 2010 as a Proud Canadian Leader from Canada & Nana Couture has always sponsored our Finalists and Goodwill Ambassador's since its inception and we are highly grateful and obliged to Mrs. Nadia Asfour for generously assisting us for Formal Gowns, Party, Cocktail Dresses and has always opened her doors for us even to have our Events organized at her Nana Couture Botique Retail Out-let with her sponsoring the same for promotion of young struggling ladies to be fully empowered from a Platform which we give them to shine, rock and to full-fill their desires what they want to do in their lives and complete their dreams ! I wish Nana Couture all the very best in their current and future endeavours but before i conclude i would definitely like to mention that this year 2019 Nana Couture is our Sole Sponsor for Formal Gowns to all our 6 Finalists who are going to The Peoples Republic of China during November, 2019 from Canada & Allied Countries Inc. from our most prestigious International Platform of Miss/Mrs. World Noble Queen Canada & Allied Countries Inc. Yes it's a good sale ... if you could even find something. So many clothes were thrown about, nothing was in a place that made sense, and if you did want to buy something, the crazy part there was a line up of at least 16 people. Forget even trying something on... I think half the rooms had other people stuff from who knows when. Something tells me they're seriously understaffed. I find this store to be one of the smallest Zara in the GTA and with the most casual lower end items. Save your sanity and your dollars and head over to Yorkdale or Sherway. At least they dont look like a fashion bomb went off.

I'm not surprised at the super low ratings of this store. Believe them, please. Avoid this Zara at…read moreall cost. As a matter of fact, avoid Zara completely. I'm done shopping here. ALSO, if you look at my reviews, I NEVER review retail places, but my experience was so terrible, I have to write a review. I was gonna go in on the horrible customer service I had here at the square one location, but it's been a few days and I'm choosing my words a little more carefully now lol. The person doing my return blamed ME for making her life difficult (actual words) because she got some sort of error message on her register when processing my return? She said verbatim "if you purchased it online, you should do an online return". Ummm ma'am, then why do they give us the the option to return online purchases in store? I'm exercising that option. As if I purposely went in that day to make her life difficult and put that error message on her computer? Mind you, I was being very nice and very patient the whole time, as I would never be rude to a retail person. She was just rude for literally no reason. We even had to ASK her to call the manager to see if maybe they could help. Like....wouldn't you think to call the manager yourself in the first place, if there's something happening on the register that you don't understand? Common sense is not so common. Anyways, a manager eventually came and was much nicer and much more helpful. So that was appreciated. Although upon arriving home and calling customer service to make sure a refund was in process, I come to find out it wasn't. *eye roll*. So now internal needs to investigate blah blah blah....ya I'm never shopping there again. Defs on my boycott list.
