I often come to this Marshall Store to buy some skincare products. Most of the time, this store does have good Korean skincare products. Sometimes, their skincare section is not organized. A lady that was working here on Friday, March 21st, 2025 at around 5:15-5:30pm was being rude towards me and my friend. She is an African American tall lady. She had really short hair kind of like a buzz cut and it was grayish. We were sitting in the furniture and she told us to get up that we could not be sitting there. We watched as she walked around where other people were sitting on the furniture and she did not say a word to them. We are confused as to why she didn't say anything if they were also sitting in the furniture? She was very rude. We will not be returning to this Marshall's. She needs to get reported for not treating customers equally. read more

I was here after doing some errands in Stafford. For a Wednesday lunchtime, this parking lot was already filled up. Right by the entrance, there was a guy shouting at another person across the way. I waited for half hour before trying to enter. Man, he was still there. Not sure if it's because of the holiday season, stuff was crowded all over the store. It's hard to find what I want. Not many furniture to choose from. I'll try again after the new year. Hopefully, the guy isn't there when I come back next time. read more

I hesitate to write this review because then everybody in Houston will come to this store and raid it but y'all need to know that this store is STOCKED with such a healthy amount of designer decorating items that you won't know when to stop. Some great finds here include, 2 mid century night stands (regularly $350 online but $50 at this location), mirrors, dining room rugs, 2 bubble lamp lamps, assorted baskets for storage and linens. It's a place for a great haul for sure. My favorite buys are anything by Shabby Chic designer Rachel Ashwell and the yearly refresh of the stark white Hotel Collection sheets. If you're in the area, be prepared to take awhile and stop in. You won't regret it. read more

Not all Marshall's stores are created equal! I like this location in particular for their inventory of SHOES! I have found many pair of brand name shoes at a great price here. They also have a clearance section that is not to be missed. Other than that, they also have a great selection of home goods and baby & kids stuff. It is a relatively big store, so plan some time to comb through all the racks. Happy deals hunting! read more

Before I tell you my experience, I want to talk to my lady Yelpers and tell you I wavered between a three and four, due to the lack of lighting in the parking lot at night. There was this one shopper who was leaving and this sketchy guy kept trying to hit on her. She was sassy and handled it well, but had it been furthur away from the Marshall's door, maybe she wouldn't have felt so comfortable. I'm huge into safety, and lighting, so if you do take my rec,make sure you come here during the daylight hours or come with a friend. When I've been here it's always at night and usually with my mom, but I'm with someone. I just really hate how dark the parking lot is, but that's me. Now, on to the goods. It's a small store and it has a really great assortment of clothes and shoes. Their may be less items, but the cutest clothes and shoes exist here. I am currently too broke to buy the stuff, but dang they have some nice items to go out, work, and even a few tasteful junior selections that you can pair with mature looks for you hip 20s to 30s ladies. The house section is not as big as some of the other Marshall's I'm use too and I feel that you have to search to get what you want, but there is something. Sometimes matching house items are in the checkout line or in clearance sections for whatever reason. Another interesting note, the clothes here are much nicer than the ones at the Meyerland Marshalls, which is weird if you consider how ugly the parking lot is and just how bleh the curb appeal to this store is when you arrive. This isn't a Marshall's that makes you think, "Oh pretty things!" but this store will surprise you despite the size and less than appealing exterior. If you can't find what you need in a different Marshalls this is a nice one to try, just don't go here at night. You won't get the best impression. read more

Great selection however I will not return to this location as it seems as if the so called "loss prevention" follows you allover the store in an obvious way. Felt as if I was profiled for shopping there. The same man followed me down every aisle until It was time for me to check out. This is not an area that I am used to, this was my first time visiting this marshalls and will be my last. Also 45 minutes prior to closing they turned off air and begin to dim lights about 20 minutes until closing rushing patrons out of the store. Staff is rude. read more

I love Marshall's. I've been to them all over the city, and heck, even the state. This one is about average overall. It's clean, the line doesn't get too long, and they've got a wide selection of everything. It shares a parking lot w/ a few other stores, so the parking can get crowded. read more

I love this Marshall's. You would never think that it has such a great selection but I'm never disappointed. It is my 2nd favorite Marshall's; my first being West Gray but this one is always great! It is very unassuming and what I consider a hidden gem. The outside facade will fool you; it looks very old. Always find good deals but that customer service is just horrible the speaker went off for #7 i placed my thing on the counter and the cashier didn't say a word to me she scanned my items and continued to talk to a other employee behind the counter finished my purchased didn't even tell me my total my receipt came out she placed it in my bag still not one word came out of her mouth! this is one of my fave marshall's store...but yesterday I left my cellphone at there restroom, as soon as I realized, I approach the cashier counter rightaway, one lady I asked if somebody has returned a cellphone she answered me right away "No, they must have took it already"....really?...not a little bit of concern for there customers...so frustrating..... but I'm still lucky,Sylvia the lady who found my phone contacted my friends and returned my phone outside the store, she also has no trust handing it out to the store management!... read more
