I went to houseware department and saw a beautiful display looks like my dream kitchen. It looked so real. I couldn't believe they upgraded the displays throughout the store. Same function at women's and men's fashion department. I forgot if I was at department store or Walmart. The store is still located at the ghetto part of town. So, there is no 5-star for them. It's wild on weekend and nights. I normally shop here during the midweek lunchtime. I am still vigilant walking in the parking lot. I don't want to get ran over.

A matter of fact, this drop in would have never occurred if not for the neighboring RH outlet and the desperate need for additional gym sets. As others mentioned, the "outlet" title seems to be used liberally-the pricing nearly mirrors traditional Old Navy stores. Unfamiliar with the brand, I didn't know the difference until after I purchased an item (that ones on me, always do your due diligence lol). Apart from the pricing and lack of available associates, this spot seemed to be operating to standard. Clothing was neatly folded and displayed in size order (for the most part). I love the variety offered, giving a family the ability to shop for male, female, and children's clothing in one go without being as expansive or expensive as a department store, and the fitting rooms are a huge plus. Overall, it may be a one and done with me and this Old Navy Outlet, but that's just me. If it sounds like a spot you'd enjoy, give it a try, and shout out if you disagree.

What I do know is that they try to get everyone checked out in a timely manner. Often times, I've noticed that there aren't very many people readily available to ask questions. At the times of the day I go, they are usually stocking and cleaning.
