I bought me some perfume by dots, and an orange scarf. When the cashier was checking me out she asked me so many questions about my name, my address, and my email address. I should have known better to not be back to begin with. Finally had to make a Yelp review even though only one person has reviewed it, just to let my frustration out. Sadly I didn't get her name because I was only seeing anger. But the conversation went something like this: Me: I wanted to try this outfit on and the fitting rooms are locked. Her: You can't try that on. Me: Why not? Her: Your not allowed. Me: Um....I don't get it. Her: *Stares blankly at me* Me: Is there a reason why I can't or you just don't want to help me? So I came here this morning from my hotel to ger some ready glasses. I read code almost all day long several days per week, and I'm going to be gone for months. Buying new $10 reading glasses was my only reasonable option. They had three full racks of inezpensove reading glasses. We had to wait until the cashier put hangers on all the clothes before helping us. The manager was talking to another worker and never acknowledged us. I had to ask if someone was going to help us check out. Not cool! This was during lunch time so it was not a lot of people in the store. Ross always has valuable items. The selection is cool here but the service was not great!
