The first outfit I had to have hemmed and while on a cruise tried the skirt on and to my astonishment the zipper just broke. Same thing today headed out and zipper stripped. I was able to put it back together oddly enough but still it doesn't hold. They need to invest in better quality zippers.

This place is just so delightfully geeky and so darn cute. While I wish this place existed back when I was in middle/high school, I am just glad that this kind of merch is now so readily available for us Houstonians to enjoy. Employees were really nice and made sure to check in on us to help us out with any questions. I really appreciated the active COVID enforcement from the lady at the front who was forced to reprimand customers on mask compliance. Thank you for keeping the environment safe for everyone! If you have an aversion to the under 20 set, I wouldn't recommend this store. The majority of employees and shoppers, save their mothers, are on average 18 years old. It's worth a walk through if you're in the area, but not worth the drive from The Galleria. Oh, and just a note in reference to "Fashion C's" review, while Free People and Betsy Johnson have great designs, the clothes are a bit over-priced for the poor quality of their clothing. Made to last one season. The quotation marks around the word "changing room" are there because it was really just a bathroom. And evidently there was some mysterious and elusive list that you had to get on to use the bathro, err. . .dressing room, but none of the sales associates bother even offering to put my name on the list even as I sat there with a dress in my hand waiting by the bathroom door. They do have a smaller men's section that contains seemingly only British style button-down shirts. Many of them were a bit on the girly side with way too much floral work, but that seems to be all the rage with hipsters so I'm sure they do well. Evidently they also have another store in the Woodlands (or was it Katy?) that carries the same stuff. While the clothes were pretty cute, some of it was a bit out there and it was much too trendy for my tastes. I just cannot justify spending that much money on something that is such a fashion statement and will be "out" next season.
