I wandered through this store wondering why I even walked in. It became clear that this was where young women shop for their bar star clothing. Everything looked cheap, in quality and in style. The clothing felt inexpensive and it sure was. There were many shirts available for $14.99 or less. This store also has mens clothing, but I didn't even bother wandering into that part of the store. There were a couple of bathing suits displayed that would leave little to the imagination and tank tops that were cut so low, I wondered if women would be allowed to wear them in public. I will not be setting foot in this store again. My money is better spend elsewhere, and my body deserves better quality clothing.

Although this store quoted me even longer as needing 2 weeks in advance for that same rental service, they did quote me an estimated suit cost that was $50 cheaper than their competitor brand & tailoring service could be finished in a couple of days if a suit is bought outright. We did have a little trouble with sizing as my dad leans toward plus sizing, and a lot of the pant sizes only went up to 44 wide. Many styles are slim pant because of the current trend of tighter pants on the younger generation. There is still a good amount of selection in this store with clearly marked clearance racks and sales signs. The fellow who was helping us out was thankfully able to find us something we could work with. And pant hemming is included with the cost & done in-store. When they found out we were purchasing it for a funeral, they were able to make the hem service a priority, so we could pickup in just over an hour, rather than having to pick up in a day or so which was so incredibly helpful & done without us having to prompt/ask. I gotta say that this store being conveniently located in a mall really helps the time to pass quickly. Staff there are pretty helpful & friendly too. I actually recommended my brothers to get their suits here as well!

The quality is fantastic - luscious, cozy, elegant fabrics and designs - sexy & sophisticated, inspired by more than a hint of Paris, and most of the pricing is reasonable, although there are a few higher-end price tags about the store. Along the left wall was women's clothing and I browsed. I found a dress that would be great for spring/summer with side pockets. I have one of their dresses that I wear in fall as it's a heavier material and it's one of my favourite when I travel. This one was good with or without leggings. The associate that helped me was helpful and friendly. She found my size and one that was not so wrinkled. She showed me a few other dresses. Her colleague was also very friendly. The dressing room was comfortable and large with the mirror inside. And they were willing to bring me another size if needed. I don't shop at Roots often but I have a few pieces and the clothing is comfortable and easy to care for. I only buy when they go on sale and don't mind knowing the clothes will last me years.

Sirens, Stitches and Urban Planet are the same company and I label Sirens as being the most dressy of the three. Although I was told that Urban Planet (biggest store of them all) sells merchandise from all three labels. Siren's age demographic tends to be for teens but if you look hard enough you can find some stuff that can pass for 20-some year olds. They sell everything from tops, jeans, dresses, skirts, jewelery, belts, purses and shoes. They have a section for business attire which is less conservative and more trendy/edgy stuff with flashy patterned blouses and not your standard plain black suiting. You can easily buy a blouse for under $20 and a blazer for under $30. They also take SPC (Student Price Card) so thats an additional 10% off everything, but they also have their own loyalty card that gives you 20% your first purchase, 10% off everything for a year and a book of coupons. I tend to get quickly bored of my closet so if you're looking for some cheap trendy clothing I would recommend this store.
