I will recommend Countryside Contracting LLC to my friends and neighbors.

I had a fantastic experience with this company yesterday. I'm a new homeowner and found out that…read morethere was a toilet valve leak. I initially called another highly recommended plumber who said that he couldn't access the valve and he would have to cut a hole in the back and replace the water heater, etc which made no sense to me. He said it would cost about $3,000. The leak was small, and this didn't sound right. Good thing I trusted my instinct and got a second opinion from Right Now plumbing. I found their information from a mothers listserv that I'm part of, where someone recommended them. My technician was Nick, and after calling, he was at our property within 2 hours. He was able to find the problem and completed the job for $225. Everything was seamless, and I was so relieved I found this company. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future!

I was looking at having 2 external faucets fixed that were leaking. My neighbor had them on-site to…read moredo the same for them as well so I asked what the charge would be. The technician was nice and came over to look and provided a cost (165) for repair, which I kindly agreed upon and he mentioned that he had to order parts. Well after a week and a half he visited today did the install and then says the price is now 215. I'm not happy with how a company does business in that manner. Personally I should have known better and asked for the order in writing but I presumed that they were of a good and trustworthy company so I didn't. Commitment and integrity I feel is lacking. Should have honored the price agreed upon. And if there was such a difference between the two should have made me aware prior to doing the job not after. I called the office and ha e not heard back from the company. Not sure I would feel comfortable recommending them or even considering them back for more work. If you do anything, be sure to get it in writing. Update - the company has reached out to me and we did discuss what corresponded. I'll continue to update this review based on final outcome.

Great news as every other company I called before that couldnt give me direct answers. Glen showed up just after 11am and went to work.
