I call the store Saturday morning to see if I can come in Sunday so all my bridesmaids can come with me, they say no they will be closed. Okay that's fine. I tell them I can come in at 3pm today with just the one bridesmaid. They say great. Then they ask to confirm my details. I do. Then they tell me that my wedding date of 10/13/28 is far away and I have plenty of time, that I probably won't buy a dress today so they will cancel my appointment. They continue to tell me how weekends are for brides ready to buy a wedding dress. Monday through Friday are for brides that aren't ready to buy, I can make an appointment for one of those days. WOW! I get that I'm doing things early, but to assume that because I like to have things done earlier, that means I won't buy a dress is ridiculous. I scheduled an appointment at a different store for the same day, found my dream maggie sottero dress and bought it. I would not recommend going here unless you want your appointment moved/canceled last minute, and to have judgmental service baised on assumptions. The owner is also a lier and will say anything to rewrite history to make herself look better.

The first time I was there picking up a detergent that's out of stock at the other Target stores close by my home. I went in to also pick up a few things, and noticed that the layout of the produce department was more spacious, modern, and pleasing looking than the other Target stores. It functions well and I like it. The second time was a simple incident, a special shout out to two friendly employees who went above and beyond for me! I was going to pick up a monthly freebie from the "Target 360" app, which was a Super Mario Mushroom Plush Clip-On valued at $8.99. I received the app for free as a promotion from Target. As I checked that this item was only in stock at Arlington Heights at the time, I went to this Target to pick it up. Since I was not familiar with the layout of this store, I asked the staff named Milo (who's in charge of the self-checkout area) about where to find the item. It was a Sunday and the store was super busy. He still kindly checked for me. But his phone showed that they didn't have stock, and he checked that the closest store with stock was Palatine. I wanted to double check at the department while I was there. Milo checked that if they had the item, it would be at BB8. When he didn't know where that was, he even checked with another cashier for me. When I was in the back area where BB8 was supposed to be at. A staff named Anna was organizing other items in the area. I asked her, she checked that the item was out of stock, but she insisted to go to the back room to check. She came out shortly after with the Super Mario Mushroom Plush Clip-On! With a smile on her face, she asked me if that's the item that I was looking for. Yay, thank you for saving me a trip to another store. Anna said that the items just arrived and they would put them out the next day. Anna is a group leader, she definitely delivers great customer service! We had electric blinds installed for three hard to reach windows, 7 manual blinds for 7 sliding doors, and at least 10+ blinds for windows. Basically, the entire 1st and 2nd floors received new blinds. The day of installation, a team of three installed all of this, working around several movers (it was our moving day) and around boxes upon boxes. They had to install blinds above a stairway (I suggested to go out on the roof which they did) and they were courteous and professional. The electric blinds have a remote control, which is awesome because the windows are 15 ft off the ground. They also refused to take a tip!
