Jeff was so thorough in his report and includes pictures of everything he inspects. The price was fair for the service and do offer a military discount, just ask. We have had other inspections on homes buying or selling that literally went through the motions and checked the box. Not Jeff, he inspects as if it were his own home, and will tell you what is a significant issue or something to put on a "to do" list when you have time or money to make the repairs.
