As a first-time home buyer, this whole process is new and stressful to me, especially considering that the market is harder for buyers than it has ever been before. I count myself incredibly lucky to have been sent Jeff's way, as he frequently commented on and explained his observations. He took his time checking the entirety of the house, from top to bottom. Anything you could check with a simple observation, touch, thermometer, or outlet tester, he checked.
