We purchased a new house and wanted an independent inspection that wasn't from the builder and Trevor was great. He went through everything and was even ok with me following him and asking questions as he went along. Afterwards he emailed a detailed inspection report with pictures of everything he found needing attention and a detailed description for each item. He is a local home inspector who thinks he knows better than licensed contractors who specialize in their respective trades. When you try to challenge him, he says he knows better than those licensed tradesmen.
