Doc spent about an hour with us later in the afternoon once we arrived into town. We sat down around the very large table that feels like you are sitting in his home around the dining room table. We casually discussed what we were looking for and he pulled a few properties for us to look over. We met the next day to tour the properties. We are looking at rural, remote properties that a realtor really needs and ATV to show. Mr. Deason didn't have that but did take us by 4x4 into the properties. Some were very tough to get in and out of but he was determined to show the property. We ended up using another realtor to purchase our property only because we found a property located outside of his area. But we will contact him if we decide to purchase residential investment or commercial property in Tyler. Genuine man, very personable and respectful. He has great suggestions on local eateries too!

They say they'll include "water" as a part of your rent, but then they never turn it on for you. Then they didn't pay me back, nor claim water services, until 6 months later. 2. There's been a roof leak and MOLD on the ceiling for three months that they refuse to repair. 3. Their faulty heating/ac units were adding an extra 50+ KW/h's of electricity a day. They first told me I was supposed to deal with it. After raising Cain with them, they acted as if they were doing me a favor by offering a couple hundred dollars (even though the extra cost was proven to them to be up in the $700+ range). Sadly, I wish that there were more reviews on them so I would have steered clear of them. Only after I moved in did I begin hearing other horror stories.
