His tactics are suspect to say the least. I asked the roofing crew to properly brace the new rafters down to load bearing. They did not. Jon came out and did a thorough inspection -- attic and roof. What he found had the potential of some major issues, there was a limit to what could be determined without a little demo to get into it. His quote was very fair all things considered. His crew showed up on time, pinpointed and effected a perfect repair to the actual problems, and the final bill was very reasonable charging only what was actually required to expertly correct our issue. The repair is solid, has withstood last winter (including the recent onslaught of rain this past weekend), and undoubtedly will endure for the remaining lifetime of the roof. Jon and his crew are exceptional in both character and skill. I highly recommend them. Don Willcox

Well, when I did not hear from anyone from him or his business within 3 weeks I called his office and was told he was in a meeting, so I left a message asking him to call me. The lady who answered the phone said it could be the next morning before he returned my call. I waited several days and he never called me. So, I called his cell phone and left a voicemail. I waited a few days and when he did not return my call I called his cell phone again, this time he answered. He told me he was in a meeting and would call me back in 30 minutes. That was over a week ago. In my view he is very unprofessional.
