I called the dealership and they will do the same thing for $189. I've never heard of a dealership costing less money than a Locksmith. Unbelievable. Owner claims he has to charge a ridiculous amount because the price of gas is high. Save yourself at least $100 and call the dealership. And save yourself time and stress by bypassing this shop. It took about 30 minutes for them to arrive and another 15 to get the lock picked. My issue isn't with the service, but the cost. I was backed into a corner with no other option and felt slightly taken advantage of with the cost ($300). I was never told prior to or during the service what the cost was going to be. There was no opportunity for a payment plan or invoice. They also said I would get a receipt, but I never did.

We had agreed he'd show up at 9:00am, but just prior to that he called to say he was running about 18 minutes late which was a nice touch. He was there in 17 minutes and set to work.
