The key fob gives you access to the facilities 24/7. There are cameras everywhere- a security measure, for when no staff on site, I felt ok with that, I guess I'd feel less safe in a high crime area, which I think its not bad here. Newer equipment, most everything was working properly. There were plenty of treadmills and ellipticals, a few stationary bikes. They have two of those Precor multi move step elliptical swing thingies I LOVE. There was the typical free weight section, with squat racks, leg presses, benches and such. The other machine equipment were sensibly oriented around the space. I liked the beautiful HUGE industrial fan that kept the entire area nice and cool. The staff was *very* friendly. My main issue with any gym is the cleanliness factor. Particularly on the floor if you choose to go down for moves like pushups, burpees, core and such, minus one star having been there 4 days in a row doing those type of things around the same time of day on sandy dust bunny areas of the floor. Maybe we were there before cleanup time. No pics from me out of respect of fellow gym folks, but overall I was very happy with the equipment and floor space layout. My husband definitely was impressed and wants to find one back home.

The staff is here one hour a day each week, but I'm not sure what they do in that hour seeming that it's always dirty. The tanning bed door is always locked. Just choose to try this place because it located near my house, but seriously don't recommend.

Service: The service was good. I came as a guest and the attendant only required my ID. Overall: I would come again if I was in the area. I was disappointed that I couldn't find a scale to weigh myself, but that probably had to do with this gym being a "judgement free" facility. The only thing that kept this gym from getting 5 stars was the dirty parking lot! There was trash everywhere. You would think that a place this nice on the inside would care just as much about the external appearance. I would definitely go back again.

Because he was swim team competitor, advanced for his age, the last summer he was there, she allowed him to participate in the Jr. Lifeguard classes with some older swimmers. She actually encouraged him to participate to give him the head start in learning lifeguarding skills and techniques. Gina and her staff were very professional and VERY nice. When I would call to enroll with her before the summer sessions, she would always patient in working with helping me weave a swim class into his busy little daily summer camp/activity schedule and appropriate for his skill level. The pricing was fair. The few times I was able to be in town and sit with the other parents and watch classes, Gina came out and spoke with me about my little ones progress, sharing her observations and making suggestions, as busy as she was. Yes, I can be "one of those" parents if things seem "suspect" regarding the children in my fold, but I never felt any kind of way with Gina, nor her staff. Highly recommended for youth swim.
