I spoke to Brad (previous owner) and decided the hours alone were a better fit for me. Fast forward to 2022 and I kind of look at this place as the standard that I judge other gyms by. Eric (current owner) takes great care of everything and tries to keep the equipment up to date and serviced when necessary. There are a couple groups that compete from this gym and they're always looking to add new folks. The general feel is awesome and everyone is pretty friendly. As far as additional services, child care is usually covered from 5-8pm, but there is a kids room for them to hang out in when you're working out. During COVID the classes were shut down, however, Zumba has come back recently, and seems to be doing well. There are usually shirts, hats, and other RI clothes available for purchase, if you'd like. Overall I travel a lot and visit gyms all over the state, and I always seem to look forward to getting back to this place. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. It's large, the equipment is good, and the people are awesome.

Raw Iron - Some new equipment since this picture, but good idea of the size and style of the place.

I've been a member of the 360 Fitness Gym located in Tyler, Texas since October 2019…read more I joined 360 because they were different from other gyms in the area in a good way. They were eager to help me get back on track. We looked at all the possibilities and they helped me find my direction and determine what was best for me. My trainer, Chris, is the best. He's there every step of the way; workout plan, diet, encouragement and goal setting. It doesn't matter how old you are, 360 Fitness is the place to be to make your fitness goals a reality. You will be impressed with all they have to offer and how they can personalize it for you. For me, 360 Fitness will always be my gym. I hope to see you there.

If you're looking into personal training, I highly recommend Chris Savoie. I was a little intimidated to start personal training again, but Chris met me where I was at and has consistently challenged me to push myself, grow, and get better. No workout is the same- he keeps it fresh and exciting without skipping out on the basics. Chris also does small group training and has a knack for matching up skill levels and personalities and making sure that each participant gets individualized attention even while in a group setting.

This review is specifically related to their stand up spray tan Metallic Sol Tanning. At a cost of…read more$25 for one session at "light", the results are very poor quality and the staff don't really seem to be very well educated on the process. This unit is one where you undress then stand in an upright cylinder (no, it's not fully enclosed for those of you who are clostrophobic) and once the process begins an automated voice will instruct you as to which pose you should strike and hold. The attendant gave me a quick lesson on what positions I should use - how to hold my hands when facing each direction. However, I had researched the process on the Internet before my session and when I asked about using the eye covers, she said "We don't do that here. Just close your eyes.". She did provide a hairnet and some solution to put on my palms, nails, and the bottom of my feet to avoid tanning them. Complaints: 1. My eyes were very dry, scratchy and sensitive for about 24 hours after the treatment. Maybe they SHOULD use the eye covers. 2. I don't like breathing in the chemicals, but there is no way to avoid it. 3. The floor of the tanning cylinder is somewhat slippery. 4. The resulting tan was very uneven. Face and tops of hands were very dark - hands unnaturally so - and orangey. Calf area was too light. No problems with knees and elbows, though. I suspect the areas I had moisturized that morning (face hands) "took" the tan better than other places. 5. The dry process doesn't thoroughly dry you. I had to re-dress still damp. Got all over my clothes, but does seem to wash out. 6. Though I did as instructed with the "do not tan" solution, the bottoms of my feet did tan -- a bunch! Seemed to work OK on my palms and nails. 7. There is no way to control the level of tan for each area of the body. I would prefer darker on my legs and lighter on my hands and face. 8. Two days later, the tan had faded significantly. For my money, I will purchase a high quality self tan solution and apply myself so I can control the amount of product, reapply as needed, and not expose my eyes and lungs to harsh chemicals. Other areas of the gym appeared to be very upscale and the pool area was very nice. Again, this recommendation is based solely on the spray tan process they use.
