Kept me updated throughout his time there and performed the work after getting my okay. He quoted me for a job that should have taken a couple hours, due to circumstances out of his control and not at all his fault, it ended up taking double that time, but he still honored his quote. I had a broken fluorescent socket ends on my bathroom light fixture and when I called he gave me great advice, support and help on on replacing the sockets myself. However, when I found out that I needed new ballasts, they where able to come out the same day to replace them. Our son broke the outdoor light on our home while playing basketball the two days before an appraisal on our home. I rushed to Lowe's at 8:00pm at night so my husband could install two new lights in the front of our home the following day. My husband was adamant that the light I purchased was too big and could not replace the previous lights due to the bracket being too small and the wires. I called Alex at 7:00pm the night before the appraiser arrived. He patiently tried to walk my husband through the steps of putting up the light to save us money. Once we hung up with Alex, my husband realized we needed professional help. We called Alex and he showed up at out house within 10 minutes.
