If there's no roadmap it's tough for managers and boards to get things done. Whatever the cause, this is a business relationship and we needed appropriate help for the community. Akeisha and Alex stepped in and are amazing. We appreciate the steps being made to 1) deal with immediate issues including a major water line break over the Thanksgiving holiday 2) find answers to 2025 questions and 3) help the board and owners take care of the community.
