We have to maintain our own list of asks because our representatives lose track of violations and don't source vendors when asked 2. It took over two (2) months to schedule our first inspection and the follow ups took over a month to send out. 3. Despite solar panels coming with our community, violations for them kept being written, even after explaining no ARC was needed. 4. A request to check on broken concrete sat for over 90 days. Enough said. 5. When asking for updates we often get a 48 hour response promise and hear back over a week later. They are either understaffed or incapable to perform things faster than 3 months at a time. I cannot recommend them.
