Instead of helping or offering a solution, I was immediately met with attitude. The representative I spoke with, Crystal, raised her voice at me for no reason while I remained calm. I simply pointed out that the process makes it difficult to stay current on payments, which should be a fair concern for any homeowner. Instead of addressing the issue, she became even more aggressive and unprofessional. When I told her there was no need for that tone, she abruptly hung up on me. So basically, they make it hard for you to pay your bill and then treat you poorly when you try to fix it. Completely unacceptable customer service.
