    They have zero customer service! I called about an ongoing issue at the complex they manage and they only ignore me. Lauri Stevens is horrible!!!

    Sediment of leaking pipe indicates it's been going on for a while with no notification or regard from the landscaping

    I bought my home in Cheyenne Hills @ Southfork in Nevada back in 2010. My HOA fees then were $80, it is now 2023 and I pay $149 a month with the most recent increase of a whooping 15% coming this year it went from $130 a month. We are not a gated community but we do have a community clubhouse with a pool, hot tub and a gym. Our HOA covers our landscaping and therefore controls the sprinkler system which we as homeowner bear the watering costs each month. Over the years I have had complaints to which I sent an email to the cmg. Rarely are they prompt and sometimes I wouldn't even receive a response. When I do receive a response it's very unprofessional and usually from a snarky employee that shows no regard or respect for the homeowner that pays their salary! I had a problem with a neighbors dog that I continuously complained for over a year before anything was done to stop it. There are inconsistencies within the community in regards to front yard landscaping, dying grass and shrubs and neglected trees etc that they can not seem to stay on top of. I've had a water leak in my landscaping irrigation system and when I send emails to report it in hopes of the problem being addressed I am ignored and then told the community assistant is "out of the office this week" The worst customer service. Zero follow through unless it is them sending you a violation or warning. This company is a joke. I will make sure to steer clear of HOA's with my next property purchase.

    Since they are now our HOA providers they do nothing but harass residents about cars or trash cans but they take our money and don't provide anything. For YEARS. They haven't done anything for the years they have been taking our money! Our womens bathroom has been locked and vandalized. They haven't fixed in it IN YEARS As. Parent I can't let my daughter use the rest room we have to walk all the way home ! One gate doesn't even open to the pool. The ground is literally flaking into the pool and kids are eating paint chips! Tiles coming off into the pool as well. Their excuses is they will need to get this approved. It took them over 2 years to fix the fountain that was broken. Even then they never fixed it completely! Lawn chairs falling apart too I guess paying $60 bucks a month isn't enough. The hot tub is always nasty. It's only 5 years old in summerlin but looks like it's been neglected for at least 20 years!

    Alex was very helpful. I'm a new home owner and new to the single mom life, on top of working really late nights, I've been super overwhelmed with everything I need to get done and had some questions on how to go about certain things for the property regulations and info on how things work. She was super friendly with my 3 year old and just very nice and helpful and patient all around. The home needed extensive work, including new carpet and vinyl flooring, interior paint, garage door opener replacement, landscaping, trash removal, minor plumbing repairs, sliding glass door adjustments, and a full home cleaning. Since I live in California, Kelly handled everything for me as he coordinated with contractors, gathered quotes, and managed the entire rehab schedule. What impressed me most was the speed and efficiency. The property was completely rehabbed and rent-ready in under three weeks. Even more, Kelly secured and placed a qualified tenant before the home was listed on the MLS. I was expecting at least three months of vacancy, but thanks to Kelly's hard work, it was only one month. As a real estate investor for over 25 years, I can confidently say this was the best property management experience I've ever had. Kelly truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend him to any property owner looking for reliable, hands-on property management or real estate services. Hard to find trustful people like Kelly in Las Vegas.

    Just a super shady association who is there for the builder, not the residents…read more Our experience with CAMCO, who served at the pleasure of Woodside Homes, was one of selective enforcement, outright lies, and making sure their masters at Woodside Homes were happy. CAMCO's representative was the perfect willing fool/liar, carrying Woodside's water while ignoring obvious, important concerns. The person I worked with spent more time lying or misstating things than trying to find resolution. Got a weed in your yard or a trash can out for an extra hour... get a menacing letter. Woodside can't keep the gates to a school where children pass through open? Good luck. A lot overrun with weeds? Wait for CAMCO to tell you that they are the "declarent." Builder won't stop the construction crews from starting work earlier than allowed? Camco doesn't care. This association cares next to nothing about the homeowner, is subordinate to their master builders, presumably so that they get the next deal on the next tract. Shady, useless, incompetent liars. And I put that mildly.

    *BEWARE* I spoke with Donna Edwards about a rental…read moreapplication I had turned in. I explained I was looking to get into a place within the next week, she assured me that she would get back to me within 24 hours. Three days later and numerous phone calls and messages that were never returned I finally got a text message from Donna. A text message? Are you a professional Realtor or a 7th grader texting one of your friends? This woman is extremely unprofessional. I should have known when I walked into her "office" on Rainbow that it was going to be a miserable experience working with her. Her "office" is actually a hole in the wall unit on the second floor of some run down building shared by multiple businesses. The receptionist at the desk had no information about Donna, had no business cards for Donna, and had no way to contact Donna. I definitely learned my lesson, I wouldn't deal with Donna Edwards if she was giving away houses!
