I live in Indianapolis and was visiting family for Thanksgiving. We went to see Wicked. The theater is extremely old and nothing is updated. The seats were horrible. The picture quality was terrible. The audio, you guessed it, trash. Ruined the movie and I will definitely never be back. Tear this thing down. read more

This building should be used as a haunted house because it looks like it has gone through two world wars. The service to buy two tickets with 6 staff took about 20 minutes. Such a long wait. The floor and entire inner building look like it should be in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. At least the AC in the theatre works well! read more

Ohhhhh we are not local but not from a big city and wow this was a blast from 1992. This place was in bad shape. 2 stars because I wasn't cold for the first time ever in a movie theater Highly question the cleanliness. Dirty bathrooms badly in need of a deep clean and remodel The entire lobby and snack bar was grubby and awful Theater seats are dingy and the floors sticky The sound didn't work for the trailers. This theater always offers current releases and the staff has always been friendly. It had become very run down and was in pretty poor condition cosmetically. Thankfully, the parent company has finally started to renew this place. The restrooms are still is rough condition and they don't seem to be cleaned appropriately nor frequent as they should be. If I could give this place a zero I would! This theater is the worst theater I have ever attended. First of all there was 1 poor little girl running the concession and ticket sales, bless her heart. There needs to be some improvements before it will crumble around our shoulders. It saddens me that this is representation of what Glasgow has to offer its people.we love the movies and deserve a clean, and safe place to enjoy the theater. The Management of this place should be embarrassed! Put in a kiosk to sell tickets and give your 1 employee a break. Sad sad sad. Okay. So we live fifteen minutes from this theater and fifty minutes from the two Regal locations in Bowling Green, which are unarguably better. The Marquee has a few good theaters (the bigger sized rooms) but the smaller auditoriums have uncomfortable seats, dirty screens, and sometimes - this one bothers me the most - audio issues. These can include blown speakers, rattling subwoofers, and other random issues (I could barely hear the center channel in The Last Jedi). Now that's not to say I haven't experienced issues in the bigger auditoriums but they are less frequent, they just seem to get more attention since they host the bigger and more broad ticket sales earners. Bottom line is, the Bowling Green theaters are much nicer and have less issues, but we go frequently with movie pass and can not afford to drive fifty minutes one way every time. read more

my son went here today with his babysitter. he got sick during the movie and threw up. his baby sitter went to the concession stand to let them know and they said it was fine and they'd clean it up. after they got back home she realized she forgot his shoes. (she had other kids with them too) she asked if they could find the shoes and they said they'd call her back. the manager called her back and was extremely rude, she said she wouldn't be back since he was so rude and he said "good! i don't want you or your little brats back here!" so then I called him and he cussed me and called my babysitter a Karen!!! absolutely disgusting and disgraceful management. we will NOT be back read more

Have been to this theatre many times with my family. The experience is very basic and it is the only place we can see new release movies locally. Today we experienced a new low! We went to see the 3D Secret Life of Pets 2 and as it was finished...the overhead fluorescent lights were abruptly turned on, blinding us and two or three ushers came in to clean up, rushing us out. This theatre is dirty, uncared for and in disrepair. The room, theatre #2 smelled like cat urine. We will be looking for other entertainment venues from now on and hope that local management or representatives of Marquee will use this review to help with the future experience for other families. read more

It's a small town cinema- not much to expect. It's a little dingy and outdated and definitely needs a face lift. It's staffed by mainly teenagers, but they're friendly. The carpets are pretty disgusting and the theaters themselves need new sets of chairs- most are foam and tearing at the seams, and the concrete floors are sticky most of the time. Horrible movie experience yesterday while trying to treat our 2 grand children to a movie on a rainy day. All excited about seeing Solo, even at the cost if 8 bucks each. Following opening ads, we sat in a semi darkened theatre for at least 5 minutes with nothing showing, no previews, nothing. After repeated efforts to talk to a knowlegable person, the movie started 20 minutes past its 12:10 show time. Muffled audio, slightly unclear movie images played for 20 minutes then abruptly stopped. No one seemed able to address the issue, or offer any consideration, so at 12:50 we moved next door to watch the 12:40 showing! Our 2hr 15 min movie turned into over 3 hours. We will never go back to this theatre. Save your money and watch Netflix or APrime! read more

Cons: Run down and dirty. Hard to figure out the driveway even with GPS. Pros: I actually like the smaller theatre size better. Plus, not too many people. Good selection of movies. read more

The poor place is in need of some TLC--but at least residents in the area have the opportunity to see new release movies. The concessions are always good and less pricey than a lot of theaters I have visited-including Regal in BG and Nashville. I keep hoping they will get a remodel, but regardless I will still see movies there because the location is convenient. read more

I saw a horror show today at Marquee Cinemas and it wasn't the movie. Where to begin with this review. Four concession workers only two assisting the very large lines of customers. The other two thought it was more beneficial to continue to fill the already mountous supply of nachos. That aside, even the most curteous of service wouldn't have made up for the absolute disgraceful condition of this theater. My family has worked in the theater business for over 25 years and has been patrons of this great industry for nearly our entire lives. Never in all of our history have we ever felt most uncomfortable and disgusted. The concession items purchased at the bargain price of $37.50 we're placed in a puddle unidentified liquid resting on top of the delapitated concession stand. The overall condition of the lobby and theater itself was deplorable. See pictures as display because they do more justice than what I could describe with mere words. I would strongly suggest boycotting this theater until the district office and mangers address some serious needs of this theater. You all are a disgrace to the industry. read more

This place is a poor excuse for a theater, and that's an understatement. Understaffed, dirty, smells, literally falling apart. Where does the money that we pay to see movies and snacks/drinks go??? It hasn't went back into the theater in several years. It's sad to go to other cities and see how nice and clean and up to date their theaters are compared to this one. read more

Upon we first glance, the movie theatre appeared to be abandoned and borderline haunted. Little did we know when walked in, the ticket booth was also abandoned and they were selling tickets at the concession stand. The overflowing sea of popcorn was less than ideal. A bag of chips was spewed across the counter. Despite the very uncomfortable seats (of which some had trash bags over) myself along with the crowd of four other people enjoyed our movie. 5 stars. read more
