We went to see the Michael Jackson movie yesterday. Got there very early because my daughter is a big Michael Jackson fan and we wanted to pick up the merchandise before it sold out. Very very disappointed they said "oh we don't have the merchandise here" WHAT?!?! Regal was promoting it all over Facebook and they don't have the merchandise there? Don't they think fans would want that?? The theater that they showed the movie in was comfortable wasn't freezing. It was really nice. I just was so so disappointed they had no merchandise. They had merchandise for The Lion King, they had merchandise for the SpongeBob movie, but not for Michael Jackson???? Come on Regal do better.!!!!! read more

The worst ... they need to change the projector bulbs; the on-screen picture is way too dark and washed out. Theater is clean and the staff are great but as far as movie viewing goes, It's terrible. Change the damn projector bulbs ... PLEASE! read more

People complaining that they don't have recliners??? I'm a movie theater?? I've only been to a couple that have those and it's fine, but I go to the movies to see the movie. If I want to sit in a La z boy, then I'll find something to watch at home. Here's a checklist of what I personally need when going to the theater: Popcorn - they've got that Soda - they've got that Nachos (sometimes) - they've got those Bathrooms - they've got those Candy - they've got that as well Films to watch - they've got those also BG doesn't even get most independent releases, so it's hard to dream of bigger theaters with recliners in them. Go see the movies, eat the popcorn, have knee problems, go home and get in your recliner. read more

This theater only received a three star bc I'm so used to recliners. But none the less the seats were still cushioned and comfortable and you can lift the arm rest to make it a little more spacious between you and your group. We ordered the ticket online and checking in was easy. We scanned our barcode email confirmation at a kiosk and it printed out tickets, just like that. The guy at the entrance still had to check our tickets bc there was no one available to work the front entrance, plus we also had a 10pm showing. It was pretty quiet and empty which was nice. But be careful not to fall asleep. The theater itself was small but there weren't too many show goers so it was okay. The small space made the screen appear bigger so that was nice. The movie played very clear that way. They do have an icee machine and they're regular cup is actually pretty large! We watched Aladdin, which was pretty good! Go see! Nice decent movie theater. À la carte Theatre Now I'm extremely confused as to who's idea it was to get rid of the combos on the menu! Like...how hard is it to just put two things together, offer them at a lower price than if I bought them individually, then jack up the prices on the individual items so that I'm enticed for but the combo?!?!? Come on people! This is Marketing 101... Look, I wanted popcorn and a drink and was willing to fall for the misleading combo deal gimmick! Instead, I didn't buy a drink, popcorn, or candy because there was no mention on the menu. Let me tell you how lazy we are as consumers, we don't want to think about ordering everything you offer à la carte! We want you to think for us & take our money. It's that simple... as a matter of fact, I probably would have paid more for the combo even if it cost more than a la carte; just to save my brain power!! Regal Bowling Green - Ticket Stub - Cinema Near Me - Bowling Green, Kentucky

I've been back in Bowling Green for almost six years now, and when I first moved back, I thought this theater was very lacking in customer service, movie times were odd, and the concessions prices were usurious. Fast forward five years, and although concessions are still higher than some other locations, I am a regular at this theater. I utilize my AARP card for $3.00 off the combo, or go on Tuesdays when it is 1/2 price popcorn night! What I really want to say is I love the customer service I receive here now and would like to commend Matthew, whom I think is much of the management. He is always friendly and interested in what we're seeing as he waits on us. The other staff are friendly as well and are used to seeing us (I've now had an Unlimited Membership for over a year, which was efficaciously put on hold during the times of closure). The theater struggles to keep the neon letters outside lit in synchronicity, but I think they certainly deserve higher than three stars. And I'm a picky customer. Two stars for nice employees. The rest is not great. Screen has some sort of marks that can be seen in bright scenes, like some dirty grid and a couple other blemishes. It made an HD movie look like DVD. No reclining seats. Someone was power washing the door to the outside during the movie. Super loud and distracting. Movie theaters don't vary much anymore but some are still better than others! We recently stopped by this Regal Cinemas to see the new Incredibles movie. The guys working at the ticket counter were very friendly and happy (movie theater employees aren't always so). That was a nice greeting! The concessions area is the same as them all, lots of huge overpriced items but the popcorn we got was good movie theater popcorn. The bathrooms were especially clean and the theater as well seemed well kept and wasn't sticky. I chose this location primarily because it's closer to where we live but also the only other option is at the Mall and I have no desire to fight traffic for that! This Regal 12 was not too crowded, very easy to get to and they had a lot of parking. While we don't see movies much, if we do see another one while we're living here this is where we will go! Also- if you aren't a member of the Regal Crown Club rewards, that's a great way to earn free treats and occasionally free movie tickets. Makes the experience much more enjoyable when you don't pay $10 for popcorn, haha! read more

Super rude! Was refused service even after showing proof of my ticket. Do not recommend coming to this one!

I don't usually go to the movies often, but after getting a 97% on an exam, I thought I should celebrate. I loved how easy it was to get here and there was not a lot of traffic so finding a parking spot was easy! The place was very clean. Usually you see popcorn crumbs and soda stains on the floor, but that was not in sight at all. The seats are comfortable and there is plenty of room so you are not sitting right next to a complete stranger. The only downside is the vibe the staff gets. The ticket guy and the guy that makes sure the rooms are clean looked like they hate their lives and don't want to be there. The ticket guy was not very approachable and it almost felt like we were being bad people for going to see a movie. Even though a few people were negative, the woman at the concession stand was the sweetest person ever. She was very bubbly and even had a small conversation with us, very fun person to talk to. Overall, I was very pleased with this place and can't wait to go see another movie. read more

There are two Regal cinemas in Bowling Green so if you're rushing to catch a show make sure you're headed to the RIGHT Regal, I've made that mistake before. This location (Regal 12) is off of Campbell lane and the OTHER one is by the mall. This one is newer (relatively) and usually much cleaner, better staffed and more organized than the other Regal (plus that one smells like feet and the seats are uncomfortable). I like Regal cinemas as far as chain theaters go, their pre-show is not annoying and actually highlights other movies and does behind the scene bits and their reward system does yield goodies like free popcorn or tickets. Concessions are good here, bathrooms are clean, seats are comfortable and screens are large. What more do you want? Well, price could be a (bit) better. I know people sometimes rage about movie ticket prices but adjusted for inflation the average movie ticket price today is consistent with the average movie ticket price of the 1960s and 70s.Concessions are high sure but that's how they pay the bills what with everyone streaming big-screen movies on their crappy small screen smart phones. But...average movie ticket price in the US today is $8.65 (at least as of Feb 2017) yet we paid $11+ each for a 6:30pm showing on a weeknight here on our recent visit and Bowling Green isn't quite a massive urban center nor is this an upscale "boutique" theater so there's that. Friendly staff though...and we saw a good movie to boot. read more

Even though there isn't much of a difference between theatres, I find that any time I need to come to the movies I'll pick this location. It's very clean, which is hard to find in some theatres nowadays. I do think their prices in concessions run a little high, but the quality makes up for it. read more

Movie theaters don't vary often, but I go to the movies ALL the time because of my Movie Pass card and I'd pick this movie theater over any of the others in Bowling Green! The line always moves fast, the customer service is great, it's always clean, the popcorn is great, and they sell coke icees! I'm not sure on the price of the movies because I get to go for free due to the movie pass card, but I assume it's the same as other movies. The snacks are pricy, but what movie theater doesn't have pricey snacks? I love this place! read more

Used the new Regal Crown app today so getting tickets were a breeze. The line was long and we just waltz in and went right to concessions. That's were we hit the rock in the road. It was Memorial Day weekend and only had 2 people working. The set up of the nachos and cheese was so terrible. The poor girl helping us had to go back and forth on the opposites day to help her customers. It took less then 3 minutes to get into the building and 30 minutes to get nachos and popcorn. It was not her fault, the set up was non productive and they never got help even though they had 20 people in both lines! We saw Deadpool2 and had a great time!! read more

One of the worst theaters I've been too. Overcrowded, dirty, loud people with no ushers to quiet them. Any time I've been and seen ushers their only purpose seemed to be walking in front of the screen for no reason whatsoever. Also how has a theater in the third largest city in bowling green not invested in recliner seats. It's a much less crowded, less traffic intensive drive to Hendersonville where they have recliner seats and the tickets are the same price. I'd hate to have to see another movie in bowling green and doubt I ever would even if it was free. read more

It was excessively loud, even when wearing ear plugs!!During trailers, had audio without video for part of the time.

I had a great experience at this movie theatre. I saw the new power ranger movie last night. The theatre was clean and the popcorn was delicious. The girl who worked at the concession stand was very nice and helpful! She made the experience even better. My only complaint is that a few of the other employees seemed mad to be at work or weren't really helpful. read more
