The school district is amazing and you are close to everything. Additionally, we were friendly with most of our neighbors. I have a few things to keep in mind that isn't staff related: 1) It's an apartment complex and you will have someone above or below you. My downstairs neighbor routinely said we were being to noisy and complained allot and we are not noisy. Meanwhile I was awoken from their snoring pretty regularly. Walls are thin you will hear "things". 2) Parking can be a pain, you can get a covered spot or garage for an extra fee. Note the garages have no outlets so if you want to do anything but park your car options are limited. 3) Crime rate is low, a few parked car break-ins, mail box break-ins occurred and they have found homeless persons in unsecured cars before. All in all, it's a safe place where you could call home.

The appliances are of good quality and repairs are made promptly, often on the same day. I doubt I ever waited more than 2-3 days for a repair, and the maintenance team does an excellent job every time. The grounds are kept clean. The landscapers keep the grounds beautiful. It's very quiet. I only needed to make one noise complaint during all those years. The security patrol showed up promptly and took care of it. In the few times we needed to report any kind of rule breaking or disturbance by a neighbor, the office staff was totally responsive. Unlike many other complexes, they never made us feel like we were a nuisance. Instead, they were grateful that we were looking out to help maintain the quality of life in the community. They're on top of everything and always take care of whatever issues come up. They have 2 nice pools and a decently stocked gym. Plenty of guest parking. The office staff always has a friendly greeting and is extremely helpful and efficient. They go above and beyond. If you're in the market for an apartment in Temecula, you won't do better than to get one here! I wish I still lived there but had to relocate for work.

My brother and I went to five different assisted and Memory Care Facilities around the Temecula Murrieta area, and all of their memory cares look like zombieland. Very few caregivers, everybody sitting around doing nothing, no music, no one doing activities no laughing and very very depressing. And then we found Vineyard Ranch. The facility is beautiful and very well-kept. When we walked into the memory care, everybody was out of their rooms and doing something. People were laughing, talking activities were going on everywhere, and staff were visible throughout the rooms. Completely different environment and that made us very, very happy. She has been there for 3 weeks now, and she doesn't mention going home at all. She tells everyone this is her home and that she loves it there. She's always doing an activity and keeping busy. She's made a lot of friends. The food is good and she finishes all of her meals. Staff are always there to keep an eye on everyone. After any exercise, the staff brings everyone protein smoothies. Every Thursday they have an excursion to someplace fun and stimulating. At a time when dealing with a situation like this, it can be extremely stressful and create feelings of guilt. Vineyard Ranch has made the transition smooth, easy, and very pleasant. We are so happy to see Mom happy laughing and involved. Couldn't ask for more than that.

Since being here, we've had a great time. Any time we need maintenance to come out, they are here within the same day. They are always so nice and respectful too! It's also really nice being able to go into the leasing office and chatting with them while grabbing mail or getting a coffee. We also love how they gave community events. They had a paint and sip for Mother's Day, and were giving out succulents for Earth Day. It's really sweet of them! They often have food trucks come on, and it's always a surprise to see them here. As for the apartment itself, it's great! Lots of space, and great for the price too. We found that it's comparable to most of the other properties nearby. We have an upstairs neighbor, and we hear their dogs running around, but normally that's done by about 9pm, and we haven't heard anything else. We'll be renewing our lease when it's time. We just love it here.

Management assured me they would spray and "handle it," but our apartment remained infested for the first four months we lived there. In the end, I was the one who got the infestation under control. It was an absolute nightmare roaches crawled on us while we slept, and management acted like it wasn't a big deal or that it was somehow normal. That wasn't our only issue. Our old, tiny washer flooded our apartment three separate times before management finally replaced it. It shouldn't take three floods to get a broken appliance replaced. The quality of the maintenance is also very poor. Instead of cleaning the baseboards before painting, they simply painted over dirt and even clumps of the previous tenant's hair. The flooring is extremely cheap and started peeling within months, and the countertops did the same within six months. We also rented a garage that had a large hole in the wall that looked like someone had punched it. The walls were filthy, and no one bothered to repair or clean them before we moved in. The entire property seems to have a roach problem. Walk outside your front door or onto your patio at night, and you'll likely see them. I've lived in several other apartment communities in Temecula, and none of them were anywhere near this dirty or poorly maintained. The leasing office makes a great first impression because it's clean and looks nice, but unfortunately, that doesn't reflect the condition of the property itself. Based on my experience, I would not recommend here. If I could give it 0 zero stars I would.
